Few minutes to metro station, the suite is clean, comfortable, just like a home. Daily cleaning service is also provided, much better than an apartment.

This is an amazing experience. I booked the junior suite but i got free upgraded so my room was very very big. The decor in the room was nice and beautiful. The receptionist and the waitresses in the lounge were friendly, hospitable and cheerful. They gave us free welcome drinks which were very sweet of them. The terrace was lovely as the view was beautiful. It is such a pity that it was chilly or else I would have spent more time in the terrace. The hotel is almost perfect except that water could not go down the sink in the kitchen. Still, I highly recommend this place as it is so cozy and comfortable. I am thinking of coming back again!

飯店職員全部都非常親切友善。如果你喜歡逛馬德里的博物館，住這裡就對了！三大博物館都可以舒服地散步前往。飯店設施完善、清潔；不要錯過6樓的天台小餐廳，在露台喝點小酒看黃昏天色的變化，是旅途中最寫意的時刻。

전반적으로 깨끗하고 넓고 편했습니다. 위치도 괜찮고요. 조식 장소도 경치가 좋고 음식도 맛있었습니다. 직원분도 친절하고요. 딱 한 가지 아쉬운 점이 있어 별 한 개를 뺐는데요, 7층 방에 배정되었는데 6층 엘리베이터에서 내린 후 좁고 가파른 나무계단으로 무거운 여행가방 네 개를 들고 올라가야 했다는 점입니다. 또 꼭대기층이다 보니 침실 천장 일부가 낮고 경사져서 침대에서 나오다가 머리를 세 번 천장에 부딪혔습니다. 7층만 아니라면 다음에 다시 이용해도 좋을 것 같네요.

The front desk help was great. The lady who made us breakfast was wonderful. The property needs some updating. The second bathroom had a shower that’s water would flow off onto the bathroom floor so we were not able to use the second bathroom. The gym which we always use as an amenity was never open but still listed on Expedia. They turned the air conditioner off when we were out and about instead of down so it was very hot when we would get back to the apartment. The stay was fine. The facilities lacked. The staff were amazing.
