櫃檯服務人員臉色臭，英文差，態度非常冷漠。 入住只給一次水，隔天打掃不提供，也不給飲水機，逼客人去外面買水，這樣叫做環保？

祕魯住過許多大小旅館與民宿，這一家櫃檯的英文最差，腔調重，臉色臭，沒有服務特性。

酒店位置非常方便在市中心, 晚上不會太嘈雜, 酒店員工英文能力好, 容易溝通, 酒店員工服務態度非常好和體貼. 酒店非常美....

Staff were kind and attentive from check in to check out. Room was large and clean. Breakfast had a large variety and longer usual hours to accommodate guests leaving for different tours. My only complaint is the rooms didn’t seem very noise proof. I was near the elevator and staircase, and could people coming and going at all times and the different doors slam shut quite loudly. Would bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Run down. Hopeless breakfast service. Staff not really there or interested.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff very helpful, and the location great.

We arrived at the hotel well before the check-in time and were greeted with the warmest welcome. While waiting in the reception area, we were served traditional Coca tea, which was a lovely touch. Within just a few minutes, we were shown to our room, where our luggage was already waiting for us at the door. ​A special thanks to Richard, who was exceptionally helpful. Not only did he provide all the necessary hotel information, but he also took the time to mark up a local map for us, sharing invaluable tips on where to shop and explore the city. ​The hotel itself is like a pristine, beautiful museum. One of our favorite highlights was the breakfast—delicious and diverse—served next to a stunning courtyard. The gentle sound of the fountain in the courtyard creates a peaceful, musical atmosphere that adds a unique sense of tranquility to the morning. ​We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay in this beautiful property. We are grateful for the impeccable cleanliness, the high level of security, and the genuine hospitality of the entire staff. Highly recommended!

Hotel superbe

Wonderful staff, great old mansion with open courtyard and comfortable rooms with high ceilings. Easy walk to major squares and restaurants. Warm and helpful staff made this a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was fine

Great location. Comfortable bed. Smaller rooms but perfect for a solo traveler. Best breakfast out of my 6 different hotel stays in the Cusco region.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in der Altstadt und hat Charme. Das Personal ist hervorragend, das Essen sehr gut.

Location & nice staff

Everybody at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planing to visit the Machu Picchu.
