就是早上5点多不能提供现煮鸡蛋但是品种还是多样的

櫃檯服務人員臉色臭，英文差，態度非常冷漠。 入住只給一次水，隔天打掃不提供，也不給飲水機，逼客人去外面買水，這樣叫做環保？

我们高反了，非常难受，服务人员很体贴，还允许我们晚一点退房。酒店很美，位置很好，本来想多定几晚，只是他们没有房间了。下次如果来，要多住几天！

数カ月の南米旅行の途中で誕生日を迎えたので、誕生日ケーキは期待していなかったのに、スタッフの人がチェックインの時に誕生日だと気づいてくれて、部屋にケーキを持ってきてくれた。本当にうれしかった！！ またホテルの部屋や朝食やウェルカムドリンク自体もとても満足でした。特に中庭が可愛くてのんびりするのに最適です。

We had a very enjoyable stay at Costa del Sol Wyndham Cusco. The hotel is beautiful, the colonial architecture gives it a unique charm, and the location is excellent for exploring the historic center. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. After staying at another hotel in Cusco, we especially appreciated the larger room, comfortable bed, and overall level of comfort. The staff was also exceptional—everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety of fresh options, and the quality of the food was excellent. The restaurant staff was attentive and kept everything well stocked. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that there was a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. It smelled like there may have been an issue with the sewage or drainage system. While it didn't ruin our trip, it was noticeable enough to affect the overall comfort of the room. Aside from that one issue, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The comfort, service, breakfast, and location made it an excellent choice for our time in Cusco.

Excellent 4-star plus hotel with VIP check-in. Grateful for 1 hour late checkout. Breakfast buffet wasn't anything special. A few annex rooms are acessed oddly through the restaurant, but staff show you the way. I would skip any overpriced massage services. There are a hundred alternatives within a few blocks. Same with laundry services, unless you have money to burn.

The staff was 10/10 and is located in the perfect location. Breakfast was very good as well.

The bathrooms smelled all the time even when you didn’t use them. Something was off, we had 2 rooms and same issue in both. One of those stays where you are glad it was over.

This hotel was the best hotel that we stayed at while visiting Peru. The staff was great. The food at the restaurants was amazing and the fact that they actually had hot water!!! most hotels say they do but they don’t.

Todo el personal muy amable, el patio es una joya, El desayuno muy bueno y los horarios se adaptan a las excursiones que hay, la ubicación es la mejor, recomiendo este hotel al 100%.

Súper bien ubicado. Personal amable. Bebidas de cortesía. Restaurante buen desayuno y orden en loncha si lo solicitas para los tour de las 4 am. Muy limpio y bonito.

The greeting we received once we arrived to the hotel was very welcoming. The check-in was quick and the staff super helpful in getting us settled in quickly. For breakfast there was a vast selection of food and drinks and we had a very pleasant stay overall at this hotel.
