櫃檯服務人員臉色臭，英文差，態度非常冷漠。 入住只給一次水，隔天打掃不提供，也不給飲水機，逼客人去外面買水，這樣叫做環保？

祕魯住過許多大小旅館與民宿，這一家櫃檯的英文最差，腔調重，臉色臭，沒有服務特性。

酒店位置非常方便在市中心, 晚上不會太嘈雜, 酒店員工英文能力好, 容易溝通, 酒店員工服務態度非常好和體貼. 酒店非常美....

El Hotel en general es un Hotel bonito, bien ubicado. Lo que me pareció de muy mal gusto es que el señor que estaba en el turno de las 5;00 am. en recepción, durante el proceso que estábamos realizando el check out se acerco a nosotros mostrándonos una toalla de manos de la habitación diciéndonos que una mancha de maquillaje o algo asi no se iba a poder remover de la misma como queriéndola cobrar, jamás en ningún hotel de los muchos que conozco, me había pasado eso, solo las lavan y ya; además que no encontraban un paño para limpiar calzado, a lo que le dije que buscaran bien y efectivamente allí estaba en la habitación, como se pone a reclamar sin buscar bien las cosas,. definitivamente muy mala experiencia en ese sentido y de muy mal gusto.

Súper céntrica. Excelente servicio, es una hacienda antigua transformada en hotel. Todo se puede hacer caminando. Es donde mejor dormí en todo mi viaje a Perú. El cuarto cómodo

Our stay was booked very last minute due to a canceled flight, and having points to cover the cost. Listed in the amenities was a 24 hour airport shuttle service, which was one of the reasons this hotel was chosen, that and the VIP perks listed. We did not receive the VIP perks, and they do not have an airport shuttle. They will arrange a ride for a fee. The hotel is beautiful. The room comfortable, with amenities such as water, coffee/tea maker, shampoo/conditioner and soap. Safe, hairdryer, and usb plug ins. The onsite restaurant was fantastic, as was the included breakfast. The location is close to many tourist spots, within walking distance. Despite the disappointment of the missing items first mentioned, this was a pleasant stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location central. The room was dated and dark, but was a decent size and had a kettle and fridge. Breakfast was ample. I stayed here because I didn't know Cusco and wasn't sure what the standard of accommodation would be like, so chose a brand I had heard of, but I don't think it was worth the extra money and now I know how excellent the local accommodation is I would not stay at the Wyndham in Cusco again. There are nicer and cheaper alternative options available.

Costa del sol is a wonderful property, the staff is friendly and hardworking, the property is beautifully kept and is very central to all things in Cusco.

Fomos muito bem acolhidos e pudemos guardar as malas maiores para ir a Ollantaytambo e Machu Picchu mais leves. O quarto 404 era muito confortável, com ótimo banheiro e vista. As refeições com o atendimento do Marco nos surpreenderam pelo sabor e qualidade ! E ainda recebemos pisco sour de boas vindas! OVoltaria com certeza!

Excellent location. Very close to Plaza, shopping and great restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was amazing.

Nice hotel. Close to a lot of restaurants and shop. Easy walk to attractions as well and the hotel staff connected us with tours and taxis. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff who were friendly from the beginning to the end. Melvin and Estrella especially. Great location near the main square but far enough the noise was not as bothersome.
