We had a great time staying in Wyndham Costa Del Sol. It was our first time to visit Cuzco. The staff were all so nice and friendly. Their buffet breakfast is the best. A lot of choices and you can even order an omelette and fresh squeeze orange juice. We were taken good care of Edwin for our breakfast each day. Richard was also helpful on welcoming us and showing us where to dine and shop. The location is very accessible to city center. Mostly walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Must stay when visiting Cusco, Peru.

The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous, going above and beyond my expectations. The rooms were spotless with very comfortable beds, and the hotel was wonderfully quiet, making for a relaxing stay. The food was beautifully presented and tasted excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved the family room they upgraded us too and was delighted to receive a tray full of delicious desserts! Rooms are described as sound proof but are not. We were upgraded to the colonial upon arrival but after 1 night we asked for a different room because we heard all the noises coming form outside the window and inside the hotel. I explained that I booked because it describes the room as sound proof - given all the honking and yelling outside it was important to us. The staff member explained that there are no sound proof rooms but offered us to switch to another room towards the back of the hotel. Although it was quieter inside the hotel at the back, we still heard all the honking, music and yelling from the window. It shouldn’t be described as sound proof if it’s not! Otherwise the hotel is in a great location and breakfast is delicious. Be warned, only filter coffee is included so if you want a cappuccino, it’s an extra 19 soles.

Great location in centre of Cusco near all the sites. Lovely hotel, great staff. Only 2 issues were breakfast was very limited, so I went out to eat at one of the excellent local breakfast restaurants nearby each day. Secondly the hotel recommended using Planet Peru for excursions who I would strongly advise not to use overpriced & disorganised.
