我住了三天，但不明白为什么早上离开酒店时还要把房间钥匙交给前台。我以为他们没有备用钥匙，因为我每天都要求打扫房间，但这还是我第一次出国旅行。通常情况下，我会把房间钥匙随身携带。不过没关系，也许前台解释酒店规则的时候我漏掉了一些信息。

I stayed for 3 days, but I didn't understand why I need to give my room key at reception if I'm leaving the hotel in the morning. I assumed they don't have a backup key for the room since I requested to clean my room every day, but this is my first experience while traveling abroad. Usually, I will keep my room key with me. But it's okay, maybe I have skipped the information while the receptionists explained the hotel rules.

Small room but clean and short from the station and have good onsen

Smoke smell in non smoking room, other is ok

- Good location - just a few minutes from Matsumoto station - Great facilities - Free Public bath, bicycle - Clean and comfortable room.
