It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)

Rooms were great,Parking was free,Staff very helpful, breakfast was value for money, small bar area did not have a toilet which should be addressed

The staff were so lovely. I don't think we've stayed somewhere with such lovely, happy staff! Fab, peaceful room, and so many places to eat!

The check in was very good and the room was very clean and in a quiet part of the hotel. You can park outside of the hotel and it is free

Good nights sleep, easy parking, dining options

Short stay. Arrived late. Left early. Very comfortable and very reasonably priced. Better than staying at Gatwick and paying 3 times the price. 15-20 mins drive.

Every thing I expected ,,, an ease free stay ,, well worth the money

We booked a family room and the electrics weren't working so had to be moved and due to no other suitable family room available, we had to split up and be in 2 separate rooms. This was not ideal and made it very difficult for us as a family.

The air con was amazing , lovely size room for a family , the shower was too small

Room was clean, perfect for a stay over before going to the theme parks.

Convenient location with free parking, I stayed at this hotel every time when I visited my friends in Surrey.

So the room itself is okay. The mattress on the bed was old and not very comfortable. The bathroom was frankly disgusting - particularly the shower, mouldy tiles, needs a deep clean. Arrived late and left early. It was cheap and served a purpose - would look for alternative options next time

Usual short stay, helpful staff, room, amenities always up to scratch, recommended as always.

Really good location, with lots of places to eat. Nice big room, ideal for families. Stayed for 2 nights over weekend and found it to be quiet. Some niggles with room as shower didn't drain very well, but otherwise good value for money and will be staying again in a couple of months.

I’m disabled and poor sleep and stress can often trigger a flare of my symptoms. The disabled room I was staying in is through one door in proximity to the bar/reception. I was kept awake most of the night, until finally I called the hotel at 2.00am and asked if there were people sat at the bar. I was told yes and I explained they were keeping me awake with rowdy cheering, shouting and laughter. The noise did stop after that, but my pain symptoms were already triggered. I reported it to the manager in the morning and asked that I be contacted once she had investigated. Zero contact regarding the issue. Would not stay here again or recommend it.

The hotel itself was in a great location, right next to a mixture of food outlets. The rooms were spacious and the beds quite comfortable however the level of grime and uncleanliness was disappointing. It was more than just a bad clean that day, it was ingrained dirt, mould, build up and a complete lack of basic hygiene.
