It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)

Stay here a lot on business and it is ideal for my needs

room with a view family of 4 staying 3 nights for thorpe park(20min drive) didnt book breakfast but plenty choices from outlets just next door we purchased a lot of food through the too good to go app for packed lunches at the park lovley seating area at the back with a small play area deffinatley would stay here again as a base for the theme parks

Good stay for short notice

It was an ok stay. Lots of food options in services next door and great location from the theme parks. Requested a room clean and the cleaner would knock to do this at around 9am even when do not disturb was on door. I think should have waited til we left the room. Breakfast was not great, we like to go in the last half hour as my daughter likes quiet but then not much left. Had to ask for pastries and one day we were locked in the restaurant room as they said they close at 10am but breakfast finishes at 10am mid week. Average stay. Cobwebs in room. We asked for a quiet room and that was given but a long walk to the room

Very good hotel. Well maintained

The location and services where really good. The hotel was good for one night, the hotel was run down and really dusty. Details, details, cob webs around curtain pelmet.

Location is good, price very decent, just missing the better directions and maintenance could be better.

The room was very spacious with fab aircon. The shower on the other hand was very small, very hard to move round in it. I wouldn't say its the cleanest room we've ever stayed in with stained carpets etc but it was perfect for a couple of nights stay. The pull out mattress for one of my sons was very uncomfortable, you could feel every spring but we fixed that by using pillows for him to lay on. It was very quiet with no noise from the motorway or railway line. Perfect having the server ice station there with different choices of food.

Very tired but super convenient as a stopover late at night when you just need a place to get your head down

Room clean, quiet and relatively well maintained with good aircon. Overall good sleep quality.

Bed had definitely seen better days. Room was stuffy and claustrophobic and we ended up staying at another hotel.

No amenities at all, hot stuck here overnight without our luggage and they didn’t even have a tooth brush, despite a sign in the bathroom telling us they did. I knelt down on the floor to plug something in and when I got up there was a giant hairball stuck to my hand from the floor. Ewe, after that I didn’t even want to touch anything.

Arrived late after a flight, perfect for what we needed. Easy check in and comfortable room.
