Access was closed, could not get to hotel. No warning. When I called them and they finally answered, they lied and said police closed it and it should be open in half an hour....it was closed due to roadworks. This hotel is a disgrace to the Ramada name.

The room was ok for what we needed, beds weren't overly comfortable. Breakfast wasn't that great everything seemed to be cold even though kept on hot plates, would suggest grabbing breakfast in the services rather than hotel. It was fairly clean a few areas missed but as we was only there for the night not a major issue. Shower screen not good water just leaked out underneath and out onto the floor

Conveniently located 30 mins from Gatwick so ideal after a late flight. Basically a comfortable room. Disturbed at 1am by a neighbouring guest on a zoom call but not from external traffic noise. On closer inspection, the toom was in need of a deeper clean and rhe bed was not made well.

Convenient location, rooms were a decent size and staff were helpful and friendly. The only let down was the room wasn't cleaned very well Breakfast was okay

The hotel is very convenient for Gatwick. It's st the services, so very busy, very noisey. Lots if rats and foxes in the car park at 0400.

For a quick stop off on your way somewhere it’s absolutely fine. Probably not going to stay there for a week to visit all the attractions at Cobham Services any time soon though

The property is clean and the staff were nice. It’s in a great location where there are many food options. It’s exactly what you pay for. Its a bit far from London though, expect to pay a hefty uber.

Ample parking with food options nearby. It's on a motorway route so transportation isn't varied.

We've stayed on 2 occasions first time the room was perfect and immaculate this time not so great. Was very disappointed by the breakfast we got there by 8 am to find out they had run out of pancakes et cetera the choice wasn't very good and the egg was hard from where it had been sitting

Family room small but clean. Checked in and got told breakfast not paid for, when producing the online invoice they said ok. Went for a meal in the restaurant in the evening. Service was appauling. 1 person cooking and 1 serving. It took 2 hours to get our meals and each person pretty much ate their meal before they brought out the next one. Clearly cooking one meal at a time. The food was average (when it arrived). Didnt tell us it would take longer due to staffing issues and only apologised at the end. I've never had service this bad.

Price matched business budget. Dog friendly as all the carpets in the hotel are dirty and stained.

Carol made me waste a lot of time and money in roaming charges by calling Expedia to request my second-day cancellation after I got stranded in London due to the airport fire and had found a flight home earlier when the whole time the hotel was going to decline it for us. Expedia called her for approval, and I couldn’t believe what they were saying after she had clearly told since I booked through a 3rd party, I walked to the lobby. It was her option the whole time, and then she was incredibly rude to us after the incredibly messed up situation I was in with 5 children and 4 adults. She could have just said no from the beginning but chose to create more problems for us, instead of being honest.

Overall the property offered good value for money. Convenient for us to use the Ionity chargers and grab a bite to eat after a long journey. Comfy bed, the room was a little tired and dated and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, but it was more than acceptable for a quick one night stop.

Saw rats outside. The hotel is in the services, so to be expecred but it put me off Tv was tiny. Shower was also very small and bed not very comfy. Average stay. Wont go back.

Stayed here for a quick overnight stop and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel offers great value for the price—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was in working order, including the shower. Service was friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out hassle-free. Perfect for a short stay if you’re looking for a no-frills but reliable place to rest. Would stay again!
