It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)

Weinig opties bij het ontbijt. Geen vers brood, komkommer, tomaat of vlees/kaas voor op brood. Als je van een warm ontbijt houdt, prima denk ik. Kamer was ruim en schoon

Excellent value—same rate as a Travelodge but significantly better quality. It’s clean, secure, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and free parking, and the location is ideal with 24-hour McDonald's and M&S store nearby.

The staff were very friendly throughout our stay. It was easy to park and sort out the free parking at reception. The breakfast was good and filling. The room was clean and very comfortable bed and pillow we both slept like babies every night. We originally were only staying for 1 night but ended up staying for 3 as we really enjoyed the hotel.

It was the worst hotel experience for me. Freezing room, not helpful staff. Bring your own thermometer because when you say it is cold, the staff doesn’t believe you and come to your room to check it and he thinks it is warm by using his perfect body temperature measurement sensors

Staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel is very run down. Stayed here a couple of times (on stops) and the wifi never seems to work or be adequate. The first time the tv never worked, and the second time the remote needed changing. The TVs are super old. There are no phones in the room and so whenever you require anything, you have to walk all the way to reception. The biggest issue I have had on all my stays is the thermostats do not work and so even though I set the temperature to 28 degrees, the rooms never became warm (not helped by the single glazed windows). I have tried to call ahead for early check in and no one ever answers the phones / responds to emails. Overall a hotel in need of a renovation.

The room felt neglected. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive at reception to check in, however they did apologise as they were carrying out the fire checks.

All good regarding check-in, room, staff etc. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. When we went to get our cooked items from the buffet, the scrambled egg was almost all gone as were the mushrooms. A staff member said more was being prepared and he would bring some to us. 20 minutes later and after we had eaten our other items, the eggs appeared but we declined to have any as it was too late.

Only problem was shower was very small

Had to change room as sheet on bed had hairs and was creased. Second room then also had dirty bottom sheet slept in single bed in this room as too tired to changes again. Very dirty and neglected

The service from the chap on reception at check-in was very poor. He was dismissive and rude. We will never stay there again.

My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Cobham was excellent. The room was spotless and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and made the stay feel effortless. The amenities were convenient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The staff were courteous and the room was clean, however the bathroom was not. The shower was dirty on the inside and needs a good clean. Everything else was acceptable.

for the night rate and friendly professional staff and distance from central london ( approx 1:40 minutes i would say that was the best deal
