Most absurd hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s older than dirt and rooms are closets. It says they offer parking, but you better be the first 4 guests or you’re parking on the street and hoping you don’t get towed. Ruined me for any OYO.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the bed was far too soft and bouncy. We could not move in bed without the other bouncing everywhere, the pillows were awful too, we did not realise there were more. Having two may have helped. There was only decaf coffee in the room and no milk substitute offered. When my partner asked for oat milk in the restaurant he was questioned about taking some to the room, he then heard the chef shouting at the waitress for allowing us to take oat milk out of the restaurant. The waitress was very helpful and friendly, the chef stood glaring from the kitchen

Convenient for visiting local theme parks and it was good to have a range of fast food options nearby. The room was quiet and sufficient. However there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, there were hairs on the floor and the last persons toothpaste drips down the sink. The carpet was ripped and the pillows were uncomfortable. The paintwork was quite battered.

We stayed at the hotel for a week as it suited our work commitments nearby. We stayed at the same hotel 2 years previously and the lift was out of order then and that is still the case. If you are not staying on the ground floor, you will have to carry any luggage up the stairway, which has a carpet that shows more stains than carpet design. It even looks as if someone has urinated in the corner of it. The hotel is very dated and could do with a complete overhaul. However, the staff are very friendly and dealt promptly with any request. The bar tariff on display is rather dated as the prices charged were higher than advertised. We will not be returning until there has been some improvements.

The bedroom was dirty, the velvet headboard was full of dust which fell onto the soft bed. The mattress was extremely worn and as soon as you sat on it, you nearly fell off it because there were no springs left in the bed. The bathroom shower was full of mould and everything just seemed extremely worn. One of the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel.
