My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Cobham was excellent. The room was spotless and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and made the stay feel effortless. The amenities were convenient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

for the night rate and friendly professional staff and distance from central london ( approx 1:40 minutes i would say that was the best deal

We were just in transit and the M25 were closed just before the hotel. We spend over an extra hour to get there. Of course the hotel has no control of the road work. Staff was friendly and check in was smooth at 1 am. The room was comfortable and good value for money.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel is very run down. Stayed here a couple of times (on stops) and the wifi never seems to work or be adequate. The first time the tv never worked, and the second time the remote needed changing. The TVs are super old. There are no phones in the room and so whenever you require anything, you have to walk all the way to reception. The biggest issue I have had on all my stays is the thermostats do not work and so even though I set the temperature to 28 degrees, the rooms never became warm (not helped by the single glazed windows). I have tried to call ahead for early check in and no one ever answers the phones / responds to emails. Overall a hotel in need of a renovation.

The room felt neglected. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive at reception to check in, however they did apologise as they were carrying out the fire checks.

Cobwebs hanging from perimeter of ceiling which surprised me as been here quite a few times now and has been spotless also bed creaking from springs per has needs changing.
