Filthy bedrooms:
Hair on bedding and shower plus coins on the floor of the room and dirty bedding we were given. Second room had a filthy bathroom. Third room had a clean bathroom (hooray) but dust all over bed headboard and light switches, broken security chain on door.
Sadly, not good (even for the relatively low price). A huge deterioration in standards over the last 5 years.

Hotel was stinking. Had poo stains all down the toilet on arrival at midnight. Room was filthy stinking - I have videos of this. My 1 year old was sleeping on arrival so we ‘slept’ on top of the covers as I didn’t want to put him under them. Floor was mortifying. Bed side table was so thick in dust when I ran my ringer over it it created a dust cloud and the amount of dust on my finger was awful. Would not recommend. Do not waste your money

Considering the breakfast was included this was a good price for this stay, but we had a dirty bedsheet and a dirty coffee cup, and the carpets are covered in stains. Good choice of places to eat though next door at the services.

Good position for restaurants etc, good parking.
The room was spacious, however had obviously not been vacuumed, with sweets all over the floor, the bathroom floor had hairs & dead flies all around the edge.
Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food & drink, however again the restaurant area was dirty with the tables not being cleared when people left them & the staff just sitting doing nothing.

Good location, easy check in. Plenty of food options next door at services. Carpet in communal areas was really dirty with stains and embedded dirt. Not a good impression. Room size was standard, bed linen reasonably clean but curtains hanging off rail. Bed was OK but you rolled in to middle. Bathroom had been recently upgraded but extractor fan was covered in muck, shower track dirty, grout dirty. Lack of cleaning in some areas. I was glad only staying one night.
