The hotel’s design blends modern luxury with traditional Chinese elements, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom featured a luxurious soaking tub and high-end toiletries. The service was impeccable. The staff were always available and eager to assist, especially one name Vicky providing personalized recommendations and ensuring my comfort at all times. The dining options were exceptional, with a variety of delicious dishes and a rooftop restaurant offering breathtaking views. The hotel's facilities, including the indoor pool, gym, and spa, were top-notch, and its location made it easy to explore Shanghai’s main attractions. Hotel yang bagus dan jauh dari kebisingan kota. Lokasi di ujung sungai Huangpu tetapi dapat menggunakan ferry untuk ke Pudong dari belakang hotel dengan membayar 2 rmb/orang. Kamar yang besar dan nyaman. Terima kasih Banyan Tree Shanghai.
