Le personnel est très serviable et la chambre est correct. Le gros bémol c’est que les murs ne sont pas bien insonorisés et on entend tout ce qui passe dans les couloirs et les chambres. Les clients souvent très jeunes sont très bruyants et des fois à des heures hyper tardives ou en plein milieu de la nuit.

Overall, I had a good experience and no major issues during my stay, and I would consider returning given the value for money. On arrival, I was allowed to pre-check in as I arrived early, although the room was not available yet, which was fine. However, staff at reception could have been more attentive, as I was initially not given a meal card for my stay. The room was basic but sufficient for my needs. None of the TV channels were working, which didn’t affect me personally but could be an issue for other guests. The main drawback was the lack of soundproofing — noise from surrounding rooms and corridors was very noticeable. There is a safe in the room, but it costs €5.50 per day for the key, payable in cash only, which felt inconvenient compared to card payments elsewhere. The requirement, along with a disclaimer about no responsibility for valuables not stored in the safe, felt a bit unnecessary. The hotel is in a convenient location with shops nearby and around an 8-minute walk to the beach. It is also well connected via a direct bus route from the airport. Dining options nearby are mostly casual kebab-style restaurants rather than more authentic local cuisine. Facilities were adequate: a simple pool area and a small bar serving food and drinks (not included in the stay). Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including coffee and juice. Dinner was more basic, buffet-style with limited authenticity, but still tasty. Drinks not included.

Can be noisy but when we stayed this wasn't too much of an issue and the staff seemed to be on top of any unruly behaviour. Our stay was good until the last night. We had a couple of drinks in the pizzeria/bar. The second glass of wine was poured in front of me. I wasn't asked if I wanted large or small and the glass poured certainly wasn't twice the size of my first glass, however when it came to paying the bill I was charged for 3 glasses of wine when I had 2. I queried this and was told that was because the second glass was larger so they charged me for an extra glass. This wasn't requested by me or asked if I wanted this. I paid for the 3 glasses but I didn't like the underhand way this was done and it left me feeling conned. Be careful when using this bar.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war für den Preis echt gut und vielseitig. Die Zimmer und das ganze Haus sehr sehr hellhörig! Viele Partygäste, vorallem nachts sehr laut. Richtig schlafen ohne Lärm erst in den frühen Morgenstunden ab drei/ vier Uhr möglich. Es wird nichts vom Hotel aus dagegen unternommen. Die Partygänger können nachts laut rumschreien - es interessiert nicht. Personal ansonsten nett und hilfsbereit.

Beim Check-in wir ein Smartphone voraus gesetzt, damit man sich auf der Hoteleigenen Webseite anmelden kann. Das Essen war gerade noch so okay. Das Zimmer war mal schön ist aber leider in die Jahre gekommen.

Ich war zwar nicht viel im Zimmer bzw. im Hotel aber war soweit alles top, was ich gesehen und mitbekommen habe.

Todella hyvä aamiainen. Uima-allas hyvä, mutta huono että ei ole aurinko suojaa. Kylpyhuoneissa jatkuvaa haju. Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Ihan oikea kolmen tähti hotelli.

Preisss Leistung stimmt. Aber man sollte dann auch nicht zu viel erwarten. Mir wurde an der Rezeption beim Einchecken gesagt das die Zahlung von Expedia nicht eingetroffen ist und wohl meine Kreditkarte abgelaufen sei. Ich hatte Allerdings mit Klarna bezahlt und nicht mit Kreditkarte. Nachdem ich Expedia informiert hatte und meine Zahlart ab der Rezeption vorgezeigt hatte wurde sich bei mir entschuldigt. Ich mir mehr Sauberkeit im Zimmer gewünscht. Bettlaken waren leicht dreckig, nach dem Putzen lagen Haare der Putzfrau im Badezimmer. Das Essen ist ziemlich geschmacklos und fad. Aber für das Gelld kann man trotzdem nicht meckern und ich würde nochmal buchen.

Room was clean breakfast choice good. Very noisy Corridors till 4am in the morning with no security checks. People climbing over the sides of the rooms so make sure you lock your doors.

Bad boring food, The chicken is red inside. She did not clean the windows enough. The room so dirty. The door to the bathroom was about to break and can not close.

Das Hotel ist für ein paar Tage Auszeit völlig okay, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir „nur“ ein Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht haben , hatten wir ein wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Im großen und Ganzen waren wir rundum zufrieden und können das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen auch sicher nochmal wieder :)

Leider wurde an meinem Geburtstag meine Kette gestohlen. Ich hatte die Hoffnung diese bei Abreise am Empfang zu bekommen. Durch andere Hotelgäste haben wir erfahren, dass sich „Banden“ einbuchen und in die Zimmer sich „einschleusen“. Ein Ungutes Gefühl. Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Hotelpersonal und alle Mitarbeiter sind eine 10/10 und super freundlich und herzlich! Diesbezüglich kann man nichts negatives sagen. Ich wünsche den Mitarbeitern und dem Hotel eine gute Saison und vorallem ruhig und stressfrei! Ihr seid super!

Hotellet var väldigt bra och rent. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var bekvämt och luftkonditioneringen fungerade bra. Jag hade en bra vistelse och kan rekommendera hotellet.

Fabulous stay, had read some reviews and was a little concerned. Close to the playa de palma with all the bars and restaurant.The area around the hotel was quiet with a great spar supermarket selling freshly made sandwiches. The breakfast was great so much choice from a full english to cereals, fruit, cheese and ham. The room was lovely nice and clean with a really comfortable double bed. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
