This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out the problem, I still had to stay at a cheaper room with no view for the first night and change room on the next day. That kinda interrupted my travel plan), the overall experience was great. Even if I didn't want the daily room cleaning service, I could still call the reception to get fresh bottle water for free everyday. One of the female reception staff who wore glasses had given me quite an impression because of her very sunny beautiful smile;) A few suggestion for the hotel: 1)since I'd been staying at 2 different room, I suggest that the hotel can add more hooks at the toilet/bathroom in the cheaper rooms(the port view room 213 had 2 hooks in the bathroom, but the bathroom in room 310 had no hooks at all which was quite inconvenient.) 2) put a few more boxes of spare facial tissue in the room so I don't have to ask for it every time when I run out of it.

This hotel is nice, quiet, clean and has a good location. Reception staff was really very nice. But: we weren't aware of the "open bathroom"-solution. We know that many interior decorators think this is a great idea, but we don't like that at all. There is only a glass door to the toilet, so no privacy there either. We liked the hotel, but unfortunately we will not choose it again.

The room was peaceful and well equipped to our needs. It was to a high standered budget.

Die moderne Einrichtung der Zimmer und der Hafenblick haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, insbesondere auch weil einzelne Gerichte am Platz serviert wurden. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.

It's a great hitel to stay at when in Barcelona. First, the location is great. Minutes from the metro, seconds from the harbour, not far from the beach, and about 10 min walk to the gothic quarter. The area is safe and clean. It also has a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very good. It has a range of useful services. The staff is always there to help no matter the hour. There is always someone around. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All the staff, from reception to cleaning service, to restaurant. The breakfast is lovely. With a range of healthy and local options. Real fresh juice. The rooms are great. Spacious. Well equipped. And they have high quality products for shampoo, hand wash, and body wash. I loved the fact that the hotel is only powered by renewable energy. (Or so they say - let's hope the claim is true). My only gripe: The rooms are not very soundproof. I could hear the street quite a bit. And the neighbours has a young child, when they screamed (which they have the right to do), you could hear them quite clearly. Overall, I recommend and would stay there again.

Lovely hotel

Cool modern design, loved the proximity to the old town and the well designed bathroom in the rooms. Super super friendly and helpful staff!!

Nice hotel

Nice size room with great view over the harbour. Extremely helpful front desk staff. Nice to have a capsule coffee machine Only negative was occasional noise from people out the front of the hotel.

Épp festették az erkély korlátot a szobában, így majdnem 17:00 volt mire elfoglaltuk a szobát. A szemelyzet készséges volt, de nem tudott mit tenni.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Service insbesondere das Frühstück ist sehr individuell wählbar ! Nur im Zimmer waren die Bodenpanelle großteils locker und im Treppenhaus beschädigte Türgriffe was nicht bei diesem tollen Hotel passt

Very good staff, excellent breakfast, very clean and comfortable room, great location... what more can you ask for?

Room was smallish, even by European standards. It took 2 calls and 2 personal visits to the front desk to get the bed changed from queen to 2 twins on arrival day!!

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast and lovely rooftop bar. Exactly what we were looking for for a one night stay prior to our cruise.
