This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out the problem, I still had to stay at a cheaper room with no view for the first night and change room on the next day. That kinda interrupted my travel plan), the overall experience was great. Even if I didn't want the daily room cleaning service, I could still call the reception to get fresh bottle water for free everyday. One of the female reception staff who wore glasses had given me quite an impression because of her very sunny beautiful smile;) A few suggestion for the hotel: 1)since I'd been staying at 2 different room, I suggest that the hotel can add more hooks at the toilet/bathroom in the cheaper rooms(the port view room 213 had 2 hooks in the bathroom, but the bathroom in room 310 had no hooks at all which was quite inconvenient.) 2) put a few more boxes of spare facial tissue in the room so I don't have to ask for it every time when I run out of it.

Very clean room and nice shower. Staff at reception polite. Hotel nicely located between beach and old town, close to metro. Mini shallow pool on top was nice, but bartender (man) was rude: would not allow me to eat a sandwich near the pool and did not offer another solution while reception told me I could on the top deck. Difficult to get a chair near pool because staff don’t replace used towels when people leave. Hardly slept because of door from stair case constantly slamming. Talked to staff about it but nothing was done (a simple stopper or piece of rubber could have done the job). They did not even offer to change us room. Bed really hard and uncomfortable, same for the super thin pillows. Loud noises from people on the street most of the night, then replaced by cleaning and other trucks. Only an elevator was working properly, the other one was broken the entire 4 days we were there. Cleaning staff comes late in the afternoon. Hotel does not respond to inquiries sent via hotel.com messages.

Had breakfast at the hotel, our orders were freshly cooked and served to our table and we could go to the buffet for coffees toast, bread yoghurt, fruit etc. The food we ate was delicious.

Modern hotel located about 20 mins from airport about €40 on the waterfront Port Vell. Rooftop pool and hotel bar is open. You can find many restaurants and cafes in the area and walking distance about 15 mins to the beautiful Baceloneta Beach. 15 mins taxi to the amazing Basilica La Sagrada Familia and La Boqueria Market. Will stay again.

Sauberes Zimmer, schöne Gegend, nur wenige Schritte von der schönen Altstadt entfernt. Würde wiederkommen

Clean room, air conditioning was Working good and cool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Julio from the food service was very nice and accommodating to everyone.

Everything about the hotel was fabulous. The staff were really friendly & helpful. The room was very clean, had a mini bar & good coffee facilities, also had a powerful shower. There was a rooftop bar area with a seating area & a small pool. It was in a great location near to the harbour, close to cafes, bars & restaurants. Highly recommended.

Like another person has commented earlier: The hotel is nice, the staff was helpful and polite, but the room temperature at 25+ celcius is an absolute no-go. I get that there is no _cooling_ of the air in March, but in the evening with 10 degrees outside the vent in the room still produced _hot_ air. The only real option was to open the window onto a busy multi-lane street. I book good hotels primarily to sleep well, and that was not an option here. Kudos to the person at the check-in desk who arranged a move to another H10 hotel up the street. Good personell, horrible climate control. And yes, other hotels in old buildings in Barcelona manage to have decent air.

Personal muy amable. El gimnasio es muy pequeño, no dejan cesto para dejar las toallas mojadas. No hay aparatos de pesas para piernas ni corredora. En cuanto a la Habitación, se entregó la Habitación con el bote de crema vacío y una botella de agua abierta. El control de la TV no funcionaba bien, no pude utilizar la Opción de Netflix, el personal muy amable trato de solucionarlo pero no lo lograron.

The room temperature was 27 degrees without AC. The price was about right but not a 4 star hotel. Location great, room was tidy and looked after by house keeping. But serious ventiolation issues and this was in just now in february. Outside temp 18. Hotel temp 27. So make sure to ask around the AC before you book.

I loved this hotel so much I will be staying again in Oct 2026 Staff was the best. Clean beautiful rooms and as a solo I appreciated how well they treated me. The breakfast was awesome
