이 호텔의 직원은 전혀 협조적이지 않고 불친절 합니다. 매년 여러 차례 해외로 다녀보지만 이 호텔 직원처럼 비협조적이고 자기들만 생각하는 직원음 첨 봅니다.

바르셀로네타 해변을 들릴 예정이라면 추천드립니다 해변에서도 걸어서 10분정도 걸리고 루프탑 수영장도 있어서 편하게 이용했습니다ㅎㅎ 주변에 맛집도 많고 잘때는 시끄럽지 않아서 편하게 이용했어요 직원분들이 너무 친절하게 대해주셔서 제일 기억에 남네요 :) 뷰도 너무 좋았습니다 thanks for your service and kind smile:)

The front desk was exceptional !! They helped me online to set up a driver to pick us il from the airport! Checking in they were familiar with my name. A pleasure to work with. The room was perfect for 2 people! We enjoyed our stay !! 5 stars !!!

Arrived at 10am just off a cruise and were greeted warmly by reception staff who checked us in quickly and stored our luggage. Hotel is in a great location, the marina is just across the road and the gothic quarter is also very close. On returning to the hotel we were offered a glass of Cava and received a voucher for a bottle of wine due to our Platinum status which we enjoyed sitting in the sun at the rooftop bar. Highly recommended.

The room was comfortable and clean with some nice included amenities like bottled water and coffee, the bathroom products were Rituals which added a touch of luxe. We spent some time after check-in on the rooftop with some drinks, a great spot to look over the marina! The staff were also really lovely and helped us with transfers to the airport, we would love to stay again!

Very efficient room design and decor in an old historic building. Friendly and helpful staff that were enthusiastic. Fabulous location right next to the super yacht Marina at Port Vell.

Small rooms but very comfortable.normally don't sleep well on first night in a hotel.not here.best sleep ever

Great staff, awesome rooftop where they let you hang out until your room is ready if you have an early flight, clean room, comfy bed, overall had a great stay

Very clean room and nice shower. Staff at reception polite. Hotel nicely located between beach and old town, close to metro. Mini shallow pool on top was nice, but bartender (man) was rude: would not allow me to eat a sandwich near the pool and did not offer another solution while reception told me I could on the top deck. Difficult to get a chair near pool because staff don’t replace used towels when people leave. Hardly slept because of door from stair case constantly slamming. Talked to staff about it but nothing was done (a simple stopper or piece of rubber could have done the job). They did not even offer to change us room. Bed really hard and uncomfortable, same for the super thin pillows. Loud noises from people on the street most of the night, then replaced by cleaning and other trucks. Only an elevator was working properly, the other one was broken the entire 4 days we were there. Cleaning staff comes late in the afternoon. Hotel does not respond to inquiries sent via hotel.com messages.

Had breakfast at the hotel, our orders were freshly cooked and served to our table and we could go to the buffet for coffees toast, bread yoghurt, fruit etc. The food we ate was delicious.
