이 호텔의 직원은 전혀 협조적이지 않고 불친절 합니다. 매년 여러 차례 해외로 다녀보지만 이 호텔 직원처럼 비협조적이고 자기들만 생각하는 직원음 첨 봅니다.

바르셀로네타 해변을 들릴 예정이라면 추천드립니다 해변에서도 걸어서 10분정도 걸리고 루프탑 수영장도 있어서 편하게 이용했습니다ㅎㅎ 주변에 맛집도 많고 잘때는 시끄럽지 않아서 편하게 이용했어요 직원분들이 너무 친절하게 대해주셔서 제일 기억에 남네요 :) 뷰도 너무 좋았습니다 thanks for your service and kind smile:)

The room temperature was 27 degrees without AC. The price was about right but not a 4 star hotel. Location great, room was tidy and looked after by house keeping. But serious ventiolation issues and this was in just now in february. Outside temp 18. Hotel temp 27. So make sure to ask around the AC before you book.

We love H10 Port Vell

I loved this hotel so much I will be staying again in Oct 2026 Staff was the best. Clean beautiful rooms and as a solo I appreciated how well they treated me. The breakfast was awesome

The location of the hotel is perfect, the staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and overall very well priced.

We had a wonderful, welcoming stay at Port Vell. The staff were most courteous and attentive. Delivery of special treats to the room was a surprising touch and their breakfast choices were delicious. Location provided lovely walking experiences and a wide array of restaurants

Das Zimmer war einwandfrei mit schönem Hafenblick. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und sehr gut. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Großes Zimmer und Bad, sauber, einladend und das Personal war stets freundlich.

This hotel is nice, quiet, clean and has a good location. Reception staff was really very nice. But: we weren't aware of the "open bathroom"-solution. We know that many interior decorators think this is a great idea, but we don't like that at all. There is only a glass door to the toilet, so no privacy there either. We liked the hotel, but unfortunately we will not choose it again.

The room was peaceful and well equipped to our needs. It was to a high standered budget.

Die moderne Einrichtung der Zimmer und der Hafenblick haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, insbesondere auch weil einzelne Gerichte am Platz serviert wurden. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.

It's a great hitel to stay at when in Barcelona. First, the location is great. Minutes from the metro, seconds from the harbour, not far from the beach, and about 10 min walk to the gothic quarter. The area is safe and clean. It also has a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very good. It has a range of useful services. The staff is always there to help no matter the hour. There is always someone around. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All the staff, from reception to cleaning service, to restaurant. The breakfast is lovely. With a range of healthy and local options. Real fresh juice. The rooms are great. Spacious. Well equipped. And they have high quality products for shampoo, hand wash, and body wash. I loved the fact that the hotel is only powered by renewable energy. (Or so they say - let's hope the claim is true). My only gripe: The rooms are not very soundproof. I could hear the street quite a bit. And the neighbours has a young child, when they screamed (which they have the right to do), you could hear them quite clearly. Overall, I recommend and would stay there again.
