We had a great stay here. The pool was great and also the slides my daughter loves it. The rooms are all newly renovated and with new furniture, bed and big flat screeb TV.

Staffs at the reception and their customer service were courteous and helpful. We had our early check-in at 1pm. Breakfast buffet had wide selections, pork stew and the scrambled egg were the best for me. The room looks newly renovated, the air-condition unit works perfectly well, the cable is working, the water pressure is strong. By the way my daughter loves the slides and the pool. All in all we had a wonderful stay at the Widus Hotel and will be coming back soon. Thank you Traveloka. 👍.

Check-in took longer than expected. I had to wait at their lounge because room was not prepared. They could not find my reservation. The room was awful. Dirty carpets, sink, water damage on the walls. it is terrible. buffet breakfast was also terrible! the buffet staff were not accommodating at all! pool looks terrible too! Everything was so bad I checked out immediately after a few hours stay! I am not staying here ever again!

I got a room that had 2 single beds joined together, wondered why! The little time I spent in the room didn’t give me good sleep. The air conditioner was noisy, the toilet flush kept running and the response time taken by house keeping to deliver iron / board to my room took forever. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Got a free room upgrade to Junior suite and had free welcome drinks too! The kids enjoyed the pool, as always!

We were upgraded to a 1-br suite with a separate seating room with sofa bed and a kitchen, while the bedroom is huge with a queen bed. The lighting was dim and the furnishings were quite dated. The breakfast was great with a huge selection.

Stay is much better than our previous stay. Though there’s lots of people this time.

Slow service upon check in/ check out. Not so good breakfast. And the leaking air conditioner in a family suite!

We used the room for wedding preps and we like the fact that they’re not strict in using public places for pictorial. However, I feel that the food is just good. Not worth the 600 - 1000 php per person additional charge.

Nice place for staycation!

The room is good, staff is friendly. Location is also good. There is a casino inside the hotel. My daughter enjoy the pool. Definitely will be back again.
