The premium room was huge and gorgeous!! Too big for 3 adults. Breakfast buffet was superb that we ate for an hour. Happy with the booking. We will book again here when we come back to Clark.

Always nice and clean facility. Beds we comfortable and very high end. Restaurant and buffet offerings are quite elaborate and food was very fresh and very good! We like staying here everytime we are in the area

I stayed in the hotel for four days with my kids and parents. The hotel overall is good compared to others in the city. Just the hotel is still on the construction nearby and therefore when we had breakfast in outdoor area there's so many flies. Other than that, I would say it's satisfied and the restaurant manager was so nice to my kids. I'm particularly impressed by the manager Joyce who handled my grievance on a misunderstanding about the shuttle bus service. She managed it in very professional and sophisticated manner. The Korean lady in the reception is also very nice and polite. We have rented a car in Hertz there but it's quite expensive.

Nice hotel adjacent to Hann Hotel, 5 minute drive to Clark Airport and about 10 minite drivr to the mall. Clean hotel, friendly staff, easy check in/out, nice pool.

I stayed in the hotel for four days with my kids and parents. The hotel overall is good compared to others in the city. Just the hotel is still on the construction nearby and therefore when we had breakfast in outdoor area there's so many flies. Other than that, I would say it's satisfied and the restaurant manager was so nice to my kids. I'm particularly impressed by the manager Joyce who handled my grievance on a misunderstanding about the shuttle bus service. She managed it in very professional and sophisticated manner. The Korean lady in the reception is also very nice and polite. We have rented a car in Hertz there but it's quite expensive.
