I am sorry to say, but the hotel was not worth the money. We paid 150 Euro for a night and for that money I expect way more than was offered there. We received a room without windows there was food tears on the floor, the wall were torn down partially and you could see the plumbing and it was super loud. It was not my first time in India and I booked rooms for much less money that were way better. Will not recommend .

Hotel is nice and clean but service is sub par. Takes too long to get any items and little things like extra towels or toilet paper were hard to get

Clogged drains, toilets that don’t flush, phones don’t work. This hotel needs a complete renovation . The restaurant was subpar with minimal choices Would not recommend this hotel

Not parallel to price hotel staff was not honest before they promised something else and then they didn’t fulfill that

Rude front office staff with zero courtesy! Rooms very hot, AC not good. No windows!! No exhaust in wash room! Over all horrible. Not good for business travellers. I won't stay here again or recommend to anyone. May be good for wedding reception guests who don't need to stay but just need a room to change etc.

Stay was good and comfortable. The manager at the restaurant went above his duty to see if the food was good and our stay comfortable.

Though advertising premium channels, there were none except for some select english landguage news. The grounds to the hotel were very nice. The staff was attentive.

It was amazing , the staff was cooperative in providing the facilities . In the absence of the concerned personal the front desk manager hurried with for boat services . It was a memorable experience

Bed sheets and towels are very old and stained. There is no tissue in the room. While hotel staff are nice but not many speaks English. Which is unusual for India. It is a 2 star hotel with US standards.

The room did not look clean. The room was very hot amd it took a long time to cool off. The bathroom was not clean and there was no hot water. I had to take cold shower. The hotel staff was OK. Yhe restaurent was OK. The restaurent staff was Ok. The food was OK. Overall, the the room was not worth the money.

Stayed 3 nights. Rooms need updating. Mixed results with staff: some very friendly while others not so pleasant. Great property for strolling down to waterfront.

noisy maintenance work going on during afternoon hours on floor above our room without any intimation. stopped only after strong intervention by me with the management.
