Căn hộ 2 phòng ngủ thích hợp cho gia đình, sạch sẽ rộng rãi, tuy nhiên phòng 1 giường thì hơi ẩm và tối. Ăn sáng khá đơn giản, không nhiều lựa chọn. Nhân viên rất dễ thương, nhiệt tình. Sẽ quay lại lần sau!

The room is so nice and the staff is really friendly, they help me a lot.

There is no hospitality and measures to make their guests feel comfortable when strange house rules were implemented without any common sense. 1) when you book a two beded room apartment for 3 person; and was piss off that all 3 guests have to check in same time failing which they have to book another room. There is no common sense in thinking when its an illogical implementations being exercised. 2) I had 3 breakfast entitlement and came to the cafe alone and just take few pieces of bread and butter to go along with my self bought breakfast upstairs which I make my own coffee as the tea and coffee suck along with the food. I waş rudely being told off that I would be charge for bringing few pieces of bread when none of us had utilise our breakfast meal. In fact it should be well accepted by hotel for the fact that we forgo our breasfast meal and save manpower cost to clean up the table and dirty dishes. Another illogical measures which may well end my patronage to this hotel with every bookings when I am in hcm.
