the room is big and the service is good. though it is in district three, it is easy to go district one and other shoping areas.

Nice hotel with super nice staffs. They are helpful and always have sunshine-smile on their faces. Spacious room makes you feel comfortable during the stay. Only one negative point is there is a construction site just on the next block of the hotel. Unexpectedly, they worked overnight which was a bit noisy during one night.

The hotel is in an area where historial French villas are located, but no so touristy. Buffet breakfast is served on 11F so dining while enjoying the city view is great. We are satisfied with the variety of food for breakfast for the price we pay for the 1 bedroom apartment. The size of the apartment and amenity is good for family or group travel, where people can chill out in the living/dining area without disturbing the guests resting in the bedroom. We enjoyed the stay.

親切服務好 飯店新 離市區近，環境感覺很乾淨 員工親切，讓人賓至如歸 cp值很好，可以推薦全家一起旅遊。

下次去胡志明市會想再住一次。

GOOD SERVICE

房間裡的掛圖是很大的臉像，面目猙獰。住房率似乎不高，沒看到什麼房客，早餐時間幾乎沒人。設備還算滿新的，房間乾淨。

酒店环境不错，可惜没有泳池，早餐一般，另外经常订不到房比较不爽

Room is clean very roomy for the price. The location is not ideal cuz on a very busy street not close by any businesses and not walkable to major attractions. Overall it is decent for 1 night stay b4 my trip bsck home

Room was clean but couch was old, hard, bed was very hard. Washroom was clean but clear sign of mildew in shower, had shampoo, body gel in shower, no hair conditioner. Had a small bar of hand soap, toothbrush with paste, small comb and shower cap. Had full kitchen and full fridge. Breakfast was amazing! There was a pho cart and beef and chicken was available with some greens and condiments. Lots of fresh fruit, 2 kinds of cereal, coffee with milk or condensed milk. Juice which was usually quite watered down from ice. Always ice and water. Lots of fresh bread and croissants to die for. Oh and the homemade yogurt loved! We went for dinner one evening is was good, we had beef pho and vermicelli. Services is always good. Excellent location in district 3, easy to walk to lots of food and road was not too busy like district 1. It is crazy nuts there, very loud. Quite evenings where we stayed. Overall would recommend

For 80 dollars/night (tax inc.), two bed, two bath, kitchen, included breakfast, great location, and much more, I highly recommend Emm hotel. Breakfast buffet was amazing, food was great, the location of the hotel is in the center of hcmc, making it easy to take grabs/walk.
