I loved this hotel! One of the best hotels I stayed at. We booked the executive family room (2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living area). Firstly, the staff let us check in at 10am after an early flight. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and each room had its own air conditioner control. There is free laundry, just bring your own detergent. Facilities were great, staff nice, and breakfast delicious. The outside staff was so nice, was always helpful in helping is load and unload our car rides. I really appreciate generous hotels and this was one of them. Will definitely stay here again if I am ever in Saigon. Unfortunately forgot to take pics and videos here.

We booked at Emm Hotel Saigon because the price was cheaper compared to other hotels in the area. And also rely on the high rating reviews. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. However, the maintenance and hygiene of the hotel did not meet with the high rating reviews. The whole 3 weeks we're staying there, washroom were not cleaned, floor was not mopped. Please see attached pictures

Great price for what you get. Despite being an apartment style building, you still get the extras you’d expect from a hotel. Such as water, towels, tea/coffee, soaps, and a decent buffet breakfast (which was very welcome as we were staying over Tet when many places are closed). My only criticisms would be that it’s not in the most prime location (although still walkable to main attractions) and some of the furnishings are budget - but for the price I really can’t complain.

For 80 dollars/night (tax inc.), two bed, two bath, kitchen, included breakfast, great location, and much more, I highly recommend Emm hotel. Breakfast buffet was amazing, food was great, the location of the hotel is in the center of hcmc, making it easy to take grabs/walk.
