Great location in a quiet corner next to the Fairmont Hotel, just minutes walk to the main Rue Saint-Jean and the road down to the lower old city area. The room was a bit old, but inevitable for staying at a historical old building. The bathroom was a bit too small, no shelf or hooks to hang clothes. But overall, the experience was good. The hotel had self serve coffee in the lobby, which was nice.

Room did not look like the room that was in Expedia at all and very small. Sink was clogged up and the washroom door had no lock and didn't close properly.

Property needs a little tlc it had some broken things here and there. If you have any mibility issues please dont stay here. The steps are a lot harder to walk up then normal steps. Staff is super nice but it was confusing since they said only subday after 5pm no one will be here. And every day no one was there after 5pm. But if you are an able body and just need a place to sleep. I would recommend it. Cheap and close to everything! We would walked everywhere and you are right next to the chateau. So you will never be lost.

It's close to old town. But, it's small, dingy and the stairs are so loud. The receptionists are never to be found and when found, they are not helpful. Water doesn't drain. I wouldn't recommend it.

Perfect location! Staff was helpful. Cozy and clean. Rooms were modernized for an old building, perfect combination of old and new in Old Quebec.

Bon prix, proche du Château Frontenac et du Vieux-Québec. Pas vraiment de réceptionniste sur place (arrivé à 17h). Donc si personne sortait de la bâtisse à notre arrivé, comment aura-t-on eux nos cartes de chambre? Aurait besoin de finaliser leur dernière rénovation, il reste encore de la peinture à faire et des supports à manteau à réinstaller. Pourrait isoler les fenêtres pour économiser sur le chauffage. Sinon, bon séjour. Chambre 203

Loved the historic feel of the property and the neighbourhood! Walking distance to everything, perfect location. My kids like sleeping late, I can't, so I spent several hours sitting in the bay window with coffee, I loved it! Would be a challenge for anybody with mobility issues though, it's at the top of a hill from the shops and restaurants

There were no staff but despite that they made it very easy to check in and out. The location was perfect. If you plan to visit Quebec City and do a lot of exploring this is the perfect place. The room was exactly what we needed.
