It was exactly what we expected. A room and bathroom in an old building. Quaint and charming. Clean and close to everything.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Our room (Room 3) was quite large. Despite our room facing the road, it was quiet. The only "noise" came from the main door slamming shut whenever people came in and out of the hotel. In the three nights we stayed, our room was never made. It could've been because we periodically returned to the room to rest (and take advantage of the excellent air-conditioning), but I'd encourage housekeeping staff to attend to multi-night rooms first, then clean checked-out rooms. The staff, however, were kind and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location...within walking distance of everything!

NO SOUND ISOLATION The room is next to the street below ground floor and right below the staircase of the hotel (like in Harry Potter) which brings a lot of noises and vibrations. It is also located where the pipelines go through and where the employee’s rooms and washing machines are located so prepare yourself to have noises constantly even at 4.30 am when the employees wash the dirty bed sheets left on the floor earlier in the common area) NO HOTEL STANDARD-LIKE SERVICES It felt like a walk in / walk out type of hotel with no real reception after working hours. No water fountain was available so you will need to drink from the sink. The cleaning was done approximately with a lot of dust left and the sink was damaged. Side note: Do not go there with a friend, the shower door is made out of glass and right in front of the bed. The bed was confortable and the appliances were nice otherwise. PERFECT LOCATION You will be located in the best area, close to everything so that is the real benefit. However for the price of the room and the quality of it, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Perfect location close to every thing seems like. After a couple of days we found the patio and enjoyed some time there to just unwind for a while.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was cozy, clean and had great AC! The location was unbeatable for the price… we were able to walk all over. There were a few underground lots nearby so parking wasn’t an issue. Thanks again!

We had two bedrooms and one of them was soo small. Overall it was a nice hotel, remodeled and excellent beds.

If you’re visiting old Quebec, it is worth spending a bit more to get a nicer spot with on-site employees and functional services. Our AC did not work, and the attendant was unable to fix it. Then we thought we fixed the AC, but despite the unit beginning to respond to our remote, it did not actually blow cold air. It takes half an hour for them to arrive on site after hours (after 7pm), so you can imagine the inconvenience if you require assistance. This is why we will pay more and stay elsewhere next time. Btw there is good public parking just a 14 minute walk away at GESPARC, which is in the same parade used by the Hilton. We were lucky to find parking there on a busy Saturday night.

Our room was very nice and roomy. Having the shower in the open bedroom was a little different. Hotel was in a great location, close to lots of amenities. Enjoyed the outdoor terrace, had direct access from our room. We had room #2.

It was very cute small hotel. Old nostalgic stone building, renovated. Great experience staying in a historic place. Not suitable for people with mobility issues unless you get the main floor as there are stairs. Great location, walking distance to so much to see. Loved the stay.
