飯店離鬼怪城堡超近，走路3分鐘就到！我們原本的房間是在地下室較小，因為是淡季，就讓我們住大一點的房間，房間很乾淨可愛，只可惜房間沒有附礦泉水，只能燒開水喝，略為美中不足，但其他都很棒！老闆娘人很好很親切，跟我們推薦私房餐廳，離開當天還讓我們寄放行李，下次有機會來的話會再選擇這裡！

華人開的民宿，溝通容易，古典裝潢，浪漫風情，但沒有電梯，大型行李上下略為吃力，三樓有電腦可以使用，位於芳堤娜城堡的星型要塞中間，附近就有一家超商，飯店價格、整體環境與服務舒適方便。

老板娘很nice，就是房间有点小，特别是浴室，地点很不错，闹中取静

這次入住了的是兩床的房間，雖然是百年歷史的房子但是該有的設施都有。房內佈置很歐洲風味，每張床很大足夠讓兩人睡。 飯店的位置非常好，離河邊及 Rue Du Petit-Champlain 跟Fairmont Hotel 很近，走路5分鍾就可以到達。非常推薦情侶或全家人住宿。

Hard to figure out the door to I room. Tv was difficult and should have had a microwave.

Room size barely adequate. Uncomfortable seat. No fridge. Shower/toilet ridiculous. No vanity. Glad i only had the one night.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Close everything in the upper city. The manager was very patient and helpful since I don’t speak French. I would highly recommend this hotel

Cute little boutique hotel. Room was tiny, but very nice.Perfect for a couple nights away. Walkable to lots of dining and scenic views. Steps from Chateau Frontenac and The Citadel. Parking was only a couple blocks away. Safe and convenient area. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable, the area was very nice and close to everything. The hotel is very old, as in a very old building. I’ve read reviews of people complaining about the size of the room or that the hotel was not updated. Old places have smaller rooms…if you want new, book new. If you want historical charm, this is the place for you. There is no staff on site but I was able to reach someone in two minutes that resolved my question. I’ve also read many complaints that there is no staff on site. Research where you are booking and make a decision based on the information rather than booking something and then complaining because you weren’t paying attention! We have no complaints about our stay! Thank you!

Yes. Great historical hotel in the heart of Old Quebec. Parking close by. Walking distance to all the sites

No staff on site. Dusty under beds. No coffee on second day. However, off site person was very professional, and price is right for the location

It is located at prime location. Close to everything. Had an issue was code provided at check in but resolved with couple calls. Our room was #5 where two double beds that wasn't comfortable.

Very nice staff! We were there early and the room is not ready yet so we left our luggages at front desk. The cleaning lady offered to take our luggages to our room onve The room is ready.
