We had a great stay! The room and bathroom were both spacious and very clean — it looked like everything had been recently renovated, which was a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location, with everything you need nearby. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. We’d love to come back one day!

We took the bus, Hop On Hop Off, and we're very happy to see all of the sites. The restaurants close to our hotel we're excellent and so are the shops. Everything we saw was wonderful and all the people were very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Quaint place, on a quiet street in an excellent location.
Only thing missing is a small bar fridge to keep personal drinks cold as there’s no restaurant here or ice bucket etc.

No live person on premises. No elevator and 20 steps per floor. Very difficult to get luggage into the front door "lobby" (about 5'x6") and had to use phone type deal to talk to person off premises to get codes to get into the hotel and then separate code to room. Key pads too dark and hard to see because of dim light. Not for olde people!

Great overnight hotel choice pre-cruise. Clean room/bathroom & comfortable and clean bed. Very good location to walk the old city. Only drawback is check-in is electronic at 4 PM. With a morning flight arrival, it would have been nice to get a “room ready” text after cleaning is done so guests can possibly check in a little earlier.

Ending up in a basement, with a steep flight of steps was a poor start to our Quebec vacation. The toilet paper for example was thinner that tissue paper. Cheap! Front entrance had NO railing to assist anyone trying to get in, with or without, luggage.
