由於沒有電梯，帶太多行李的人可能不適合，除此之外，是個溫馨舒適的旅館

Everything is fine. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. All basic facilities like shower,heating,tv, lighting etc are equipped well. My room is quite big but a bit dark. But i think this hostel is good for staying with your own friends and you dont expect to meet new friends in the common area in this hostel as seems everyone wants to stay in the room and its not a youth hostel! And,it is quite noisy perhaps that night is hoilday night and the lane is full of pedestrian.

沒有樓梯，要扛行李到四樓，每層都挑高，房間乾淨但燈光很昏暗，餐廳有點擠，太晚就會沒位置，地點有點不是很好找，優點員工服務佳，該有的設備都不缺，地點方便。

位置很棒，完全在市區，走路可以到太陽廣場 小缺點是清晨窗戶外面很吵

交通算方便，服務也還不錯，但沒有電梯，適合行李不多或能自行提重物上樓梯的旅客。

Habitación limpia. Pero el primer día de estancia hubo mucho frío y la calefacción nones ajustable.

Zimmer war OK mit eigenem Waschbecken, Personal war nett. Badezimmer war sehr klein aber funktional.

Fint sted å bo når venner drar på tur og vil ha hvert sitt rom. Og man ikke skal tilbringe mer tid på rommet enn å sove. Det hadde vært fint med et sted å sitte. Det var bare en ventesofa i resepsjonen. Rent og fint, litt rare rom, men helt greie. Skjønte like før vi reiste at det lå i 4. etasje uten heis. Så her trenger man gode ben og ikke for tung koffert. Spansktalende personer i resepsjonen. Vanskelig å kommunisere. Sentralt beliggende, kort vei til det meste. Jeg vil si det er et helt greit pensjonat. Stille og rolig om natten. Alt i alt helt greit sted å bo i sentralt i Madrid.

La habitación muy cómoda, ordenada y limpia. El personal muy amable.

Propreté, gentillesse

Instalaciones no acordes al precio. El personal es correcto y atento. Buena limpieza. El colchón muy blando. Tenía demasiada nota en esta aplicación, no volveré a utilizarla.

La stanza presenta macchie di muffa e pezzi di intonaco che si staccano, ho richiesto una matrimoniale + 1 letto e mi sono ritrovato 3 letti singoli, 4 piani di scale che scricchiolano conciate veramente molto male,riscaldamento in camera a caso, molto fredda, condizionatore che non funziona. Nessun tipo di servizio nella struttura, zona particolare a luci rosse… il bagno improponibile, vasca da bagno ruggine, finestra che non sta chiusa. Personale più o meno presente, l’unica cosa che più o meno funziona é la pulizia della stanza alla mattina. Sconsiglio vivamente.

It is on a very noisy street with people going to clubs on the weekend. Someone was smoking weed in the hallway and the smell came into my room. Only 2 showers for lots of rooms so had to wait ages for a shower.
