由於沒有電梯，帶太多行李的人可能不適合，除此之外，是個溫馨舒適的旅館

Everything is fine. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. All basic facilities like shower,heating,tv, lighting etc are equipped well. My room is quite big but a bit dark. But i think this hostel is good for staying with your own friends and you dont expect to meet new friends in the common area in this hostel as seems everyone wants to stay in the room and its not a youth hostel! And,it is quite noisy perhaps that night is hoilday night and the lane is full of pedestrian.

沒有樓梯，要扛行李到四樓，每層都挑高，房間乾淨但燈光很昏暗，餐廳有點擠，太晚就會沒位置，地點有點不是很好找，優點員工服務佳，該有的設備都不缺，地點方便。

位置很棒，完全在市區，走路可以到太陽廣場 小缺點是清晨窗戶外面很吵

交通算方便，服務也還不錯，但沒有電梯，適合行李不多或能自行提重物上樓梯的旅客。

Zentral gelegen und einfach zu erreichen. Preislich immer noch kompetitiv

El hostal queda en un piso 3 sin ascensor, las escaleras son de madera muy antiguas y peligrosas subir y bajar con tu equipaje, no hay nadie que te pueda ayudar, el staff ni siquiera te saluda, no tiene aire acondicionado así que en verano sería imposible quedarse allí. No volvería

Bon rapport qualité prix . Les chambres sont collées donc pensez à prendre des boule quies :) . Propreté au rendez vous et bonne localisation

La habitación era amplia y bastante cómoda, que tuviera aire acondicionado para esta temporada es maravilloso. Me volvería a hospedar allí cuando volvamos a Madrid.

La ubicación, el personal, la limpieza todo un 10! Fácil acceso con transporte público y varias amenidades cerca! Pero recomiendo alquilar habitación con aire acondicionado, porque solo ventilador la pasa uno muy mal !

Estuvo bien todo. Cuesta un poco encontrarlo al llegar pero de ahi en fuera todo limpio.

Clean and staffs helpful

I was very disappointed with this place. As others have written, the stairs up to the 3rd floor where the hostal is are quite dangerous. The steps are made of natural wood so they’re all different and it makes it quite hard to walk on them, the steps are also on a slight decline so it constantly feels like you are falling backwards when you go up. But the biggest minus with this place: NO AIRCONDITION! how is that even possible in Madrid?? We went start of june and it was 30-32 degrees. It was so hot in the room that we could not sleep. There was a fan in the ceiling but it’s located right above the bed so you get sick if you sleep with it turned on. We needed to have the door open to the street to get air but with 32 degrees it did not help. They need to invest in that but honestly I’m never going back there so I don’t care. I also understand why there are no photos of the toilets. It’s a cabin that’s been put inside the room, so kind of like a portable toilet/shower. And there is no ceiling so your travelpartner can hear everything that’s going on in there. Really not worthy of 2026. The staff was generally nice and helpful though they didn’t speak much english. And when we asked to change our room after the first night they gave us a room away from the street and with a ceiling in the portable toilet and with a fan that was closer to our feet than our heads. So that was nice of them. Would I recommend this place: no unfortunately not. The Location is great though!

If I were backpacking across Europe this might have been tolerable. Otherwise, pretty bottom of the barrel. Let's start with a locked entrance door to the street, covered in graffiti. First you have to use the intercom to buzz into basically a low rent apartment building. The hostal is located on the 4th floor (lower floors are apartments): no lift/elevator. 3 of our 4 people had rather large roller bags which needed to be lugged up (& back down) 4 flights of stairs. The rooms were tiny & old but clean & functional; so decent low budget. Stay were friendly & bi-lingual.
