It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed

Los baños necesitan restauración.

We are older women and they placed us in this huge two bedroom place which was fine but up two flights of stairs and no elevator. The place itself had half steps into bedroom etc and we continually tripped.

I enjoyed my stay in San Juan and hotel was in a perfect location.

This two bedroom/two bath suite was perfect. The suite was beautiful and historic. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night. Wish I was there longer! Next time!

Cuarto limpio y cómodo, cocina con utensilios. La único que deben de mejorar son las cortinas, usar cortinas “blackout” para bloquear la claridad y disminuir el ruido que viene de afuera.

Beautiful historic hotel built in 1530’s. Safe with locked front door, kitchen amenities, and you have the gorgeous streets of Viejo San Juan right when you step outside. Everything is in walking distance. Loved it!

Prime location!

Staff was incredibly lovely. Location was fantastic it was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere but be mindful it is very loud at night. The luggage storage was super helpful coming in after a cruise. The property could use some T&L but it has such wonderful charm, specifically the door to the balcony on the presidential suite was worn down with a deteriorated hole so small bugs could fly in towards the lights in the evening hours which wasn’t the end of the world but was irritating. It worked for a large group of us and if the price was right I would stay again.

AC was awesome, very clean and comfortable room. Attendant lady at the front desk was nice. No complaints.

Beautiful historic building, very clean and comfortable. The Presidential Suite is perfect for a family (4 adults, 3-4 kids). Big kitchen and dining area. The front rooms can get noisy at night so just bring a travel white noise machine if you're sound sensitive. Easy morning walk to Alma Cafe for breakfast and Cristobal Castle. Longer walk to market, San Juan gate, museums and the big fort. Only minor complaint was they don't actually provide a late checkout option, which we didn't know until that morning. Front desk should have told us this at check-in, because the email says the option exists for an extra fee.

It's such a beautiful hotel! We love the decor and the hominess. Rooms aren't big but big enough to relax in after a day of exploring the beautiful Old San Juan area. It's close to so much shopping and great places to eat and have a drink or two. Highly recommend! We'll definitely be back♥️

Excellent place to stay and great air conditioning. The bed was premium with nice soft sheets. Very large bedrooms and closets.

Much smaller than expected, GPS Address sent our Uber driver to next street over. Staff member was great but no staff available after 10pm
