I arrived at the hotel at 7am getting off an overnight bus from Madrid. I rang the bell three times before getting in as no one answered it. The first thing the reception talked about was me ringing the bell repeatedly and Chinese people being impatient. I tried to tell him I rang the bell twice but no one answered. He didnt listen and his attitude was extremely unfriendly. I tried to check in but he said he could not do it until 1pm. I tried to ask for clarification as it says on hotels.com that the hotel is available for 24 hours check in. he did not care to explain and said he could only do it at 1pm. When I requested to leave my luggage there and come back later, he insisted that I had to apologize for ringing the bell for too long before keeping my luggage. I apologized under the circumstances, but he said,' Oh no, I am very sorry. As your servant, I should have answered the bell in 3 seconds when you rang the bell. I should also prepare your room a night earlier for you to check in at 7.' (exact wordings) I felt like he was mocking me and I felt really bad. He was not trying to help at all. While the room was alright, I will definitely not stay here again. Such an awful experience. Ps, my friend checked-in a night earlier at 1am, rang the bell a few times before being answered. The same staff asked them to sit in the waiting area for half an hour before checking them in because they rang the bell repeatedly. Just overall bad attitude from the staff.

The staff working on the night shift in reception was so rude and has super bad attitude that he shouted at us. He scolded at us because we asked for his help to fix the heater, saying something making us feel offenced. On the other hand, other staff was very polite. The room is satisfactory and clean.

Don't live here when the weather is cold. Because sometimes there will be no hot water, and the male staff will just reply "you are the only person who had this problem. You should turn the the switch to the other side, sometimes the hot/cold water direction will switch." All the equipment are old. The heater is not hot. The toilet bow will not stop the water after make a flush. The shower head holder is broken. The good part is good position and clean. The female staff is friendly. Overall, not recommended.

24 hour reception, very helpful Indian staff. Except when we requested for a room change, they promised us to move our baggage to our new room while we were out but that did not happen. Our baggage was out at the reception the whole day.

Quarto diferente das fotos anunciadas. Não havia escrivaninha no quarto. Porta de entrada é pesada e muito barulhenta. Toda vez que fechavam a porta, ouvíamos um grande barulho no quarto. E em algumas doas a movimentação fazia a porta bater a cada 10min. Localização é excelente, fizemos tudo a pé. Fiquei um pouco constrangido por encontrar uma camisinha usada no corredor que levava aos quartos, o hotel deveria identificar e multar quem fez isso.

Otelden beklentimiz çok düşüktü ama bizi şaşırttı. Odalar temiz ve yeniydi, isteğe bağlı her gün temizleniyordu. Casa battlonun hemen alt sokağında çok merkezi bir konumdaydı, bizim için keyifli bir konaklamaydı

Un hostal bien localisé, à deux pas de Passeig de Grácia et bons restaurants et tapas. Le personnel est sympathique et la chambre petite mais correcte et propre pour passer la nuit.

Everything from the location to inside the place was great! The walls are a little thin, and there was only one iron shared among everyone, but other than that, a great reliable place. 24hr staff, good ac, overall clean, nice patio, and super close to metro and main street for shopping and casa batllo. (Also great, quiet bar downstairs!)

My husband and I were there for two nights. This is a great place for travellers. The location is very good which is walking around famous tourist spots. The area is nice and safe and convenient. The staff are friendly and the room clean . I think we can give it five stars 👍

Location is the highlight of this property, if your requirement is to sleep and shower then always on the go and touring this hostel is for you. Good for couple, friends but I don’t recommend it for a family with kids

In pieno centro di Barcellona, ottima qualità/prezzo. Personale gentile, camere pulite e moderne. Negozi e supermarket nelle vicinanze. Aria condizionata e mini frigo!
