Gym was not fit for purpose. Swimming pool and sauna was nice, jacuzzi was small, needed to get out and push a button everytime you want bubbles which was annoying. Customer service was friendly but not very helpful when it comes to sorting out problems, they very much stick to policy rather than finding a solution. They got my details mixed up with another customer and telephoned me while out having a meal to say they let someone into our room, we rushed back to find out what was going on, we were given an apology after explaining they had ruined our evening, least they could have done was offered us a drink at the bar.

Really nice hotel, the lady on reception was an absolute gem and really welcoming. The hotel is a little dated in some areas, but on the whole a really nice place to stay. Reakfasy was fantastic.

As always it's been brilliant. All the staff are so friendly and very welcoming. Room was spotless. Spa was a bit busy most of the days treatments were fabulous. Want to thank Alex and Partner, Harrison, Connor, Reece Wez and all the bar staff. Spa girls. Plus the breakfast serving staff.

Friendly staff .

Room was really good and breakfast was great. Quality of linen was great if that is something you are looking for. Strange rules about specific times for when kids can be in the pool. Overall good. If kids pool times were relaxed would have been great for families.

Staff are friendly, but not the best at cleaning, e.g., cobwebs in the room and dirty cups at the breakfast table. The food was good for me and had a lot of choices. The bed/mattress was squeaky.

This hotel was nice, room was good size and very clean. It was a little hot but had a fan. Check in easy and friendly. Dinners and breakfast was good however a little slow at times.

Really nice hotel and staff. I will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area, I can’t think of a bad thing to say about it.

Dieses Hotel wird so geführt, wie ein Hotel geführt werden sollte - für seine Gäste. Ich esse kein Fleisch, kann also nicht darüber sprechen, aber alle anderen Gerichte, einschließlich Fisch, waren ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden und bietet ausreichend Parkplätze.

Lovely hotel a little over priced and the level of service depends on who is working

The room was nice but Hot, the hotel is suppliy two fans so they are trying. The swimming pool is very is about 10years overdue a refit. But the water was nice and warm.

Nice room, great shower. Hotel lounge area was just like stepping back in to a stately home, very grand. Only stayed for one night but enjoyed the stay.
