Super hôtel. Grande piscine de la place pour tout le monde pour les transats c’est très agréable. Coté mer c’est génial de manger avec la vue sur mer. La chambre était vieillotte mais propre dans l’ensemble. Le personnel très serviable et gentil. Le buffet était varié chaque jour mais le plus pour nous a été le barbecue à chaque repas. Poisson frais grillés viandes grillées. À 40 min du centre de hurghada

Great location, facilities for kids, good food, and very hospitable service. As other reviews suggest, the rooms were a bit dated but Aly at reception was very accommodating and offered us a good room with view, and late checkout. We loved out 2 day stay at Alma Heights

Very good experience. Reasonable price. Two adjacent resorts to meet the needs for both children and adults. There is shuttle to the beach. The snorkeling at the beach is great. We enjoyed our stay.

Städning och övriga personal var bäst. Maten var okej. Men det var jobbigt för oss att vi gick bara en nyckel till rummet. Min dotter med familj var 4 pers fick bara en nyckel.

Die Außenanlage mit Pool und Rutschen ist in einem guten Zustand und hat den Kindern gut gefallen. Das Hotelzimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausbesserungsarbeiten, die vor allem an Wand und Boden erfolgt sind hätte jeder ungelernte genau so hinbekommen. Sieht einfach schlampig aus. Die Musik am Poolbereich ist immer voll aufgedreht und wir haben uns deshalb immer einen Platz gesucht, der möglichst weit von der Box entfernt ist. Das Essen kann für ägyptische Verhältnisse als über dem Durchschnitt bezeichnet werden, hat aber noch Luft nach oben. Am Strand ist der Wasserstand so tief, dass Schwimmen nur vom Schnorchelsteg möglich ist. Dort kann aber auch gut geschnorchelt werden. Das Personal im Restaurant ist in Summe zwar bemüht kann aber auch nur als ägyptischer Durchschnitt bezeichnet werden. Die Vorgesetzten sind lieber selbst in Gespräche mit ihren Kollegen vertieft, als hier Standards zu setzen und für einen vorbildlichen Ablauf zu sorgen. Die Pizza im Restaurant am Pool ist als besonders schlecht hervorzuheben und es ist mir unerklärlich wie man als Hotel so etwas dulden kann. Hier sollten die zuständigen Manager mal selbst testen, was serviert wird.

Aqua park was spectacular!!! and the staff was great.

Really great hotel, always got beds, good good, only negative was the drinks. Warm beer and awful cocktails. I didn’t drink all week due to them being so bad. Staff lovely and attentive

J ai beaucoup aimé la piscine , les toboggans ainsi que les manèges le soir Par contre pour un 5 étoiles je trouve que la chambre était médiocre, literie mauvaise , climatisation bruyante... enfin vraiment déçu La nourriture nous a rendu malade au bout de quelques jours Le personnels était vraiment pas top à part Ali à la réception qui a été super avec nous.

Super friendly stuff, most of the food is great, accommodation and facilities are awsome Highly recommended for family with kids that they want to enjoy time on swimming pools and aqua parks, beach is accessible with a shuttle evry 15 minutes and the breach is good for relaxing and diving

Would go there again.

L’hotel est tres sympa et le personnel au petit soin avec les clients , mais la nourriture laisse a desirer pas assez de choix et pas toujours tres bon

Tudo incrível, desde a variedade de comida, ao staff, todo o staff é super atencioso e prestável. Apenas a equipa interna de animação era terrível, já as equipas externas contratadas para os espetáculos, essa sim, eram muito boas.

Extremt bra hotell med jätttttttebra service, väldigt nöjda kommer definitivt besöka igen. Stort utbud på aktiviteter, jättefin vattenpark anpassad för alla åldrar. Väldigt god och varierad buffé både frukost lunch och middag, drycker finns i baren (ingår i all inklusive) både med och utan alkohol. Så himla nöjd

Complexe hôtelier propre, grand et soigné. Tous les membres du personnel sont à vos petits soins. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus pour la période hivernale. Nous repasserons par cet hôtel lors de notre prochain séjour en Egypte !

Staff here are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little tired and basic but had everything we needed. The water slide park was fantastic and we used it everyday. The fun fair rides and arcade are also great, an extra cost but reasonable. There was a great variety of food in the various restaurants although the rules around the a la carte bookings were not clear with different people saying different things. The animation team and activities were great fun and provided variety for us all. Amazing being able to dive from the other hotel and see such great coral and fish. Weather was gorgeous, especially coming from winter in the UK!
