The room was ok nothing special i had to tip thecreceprion to get vasics delivered like toothpaste - bathrobes ect. The lacl of tramsparency about the servjces is exhauating - attempts of scam on every step .

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was brilliant, the staff were amazing, and it’s perfect for families with kids. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Cleanliness, Food quality and the Staff

An interesting destination especially for kids with lots of activities to do (e.g. Aqua Parks, Amusement Parks, Wave Pool, Video Games, etc.) My only concern is that the amusement parks and video games are against extra charge.

The hotel is good for families with kids. It’s got a water park and amusement park ( a small one ) rooms are clean and comfy. The buffet food was average and crowded it was hard to find a table . The hotel grounds is very nice I don’t recommend it for couples if you want quiet

Le buffet est très varié midi et soir et les plats ont très bon goût parfois nous avions du mal à choisir ! Seul hic, à savoir qu’il y a énormément de monde, souvent difficile de se déplacer, choisir plutôt les débuts de service. Nous avions le droit à 3 restaurants gratuits a réserver sur place. Plats excellents Dans l’hôtel meme, il y a plusieurs magasins, une pharmacie, des urgences, un parc d’attractions, centres de bien-etre Personel à l’écoute apportant une solution rapidement (problème de pression d’eau a la douche, reglé dans la journée) Seul problème, les piscines sont très glissantes et plusieurs enfants se sont cognés la tete suite a la chute (bosses, points de sutures etc) Aussi, je ne sais pas si c’était uniquement la mienne mais la climatisation n’est pas réglable en terme de soufflerie et de température (très bruyante, nous avions froid la nuit). Dernièrement les prix sont les memes qu’en France meme voir plus puisque qu’il faut commander un taxi pour se déplacer en centre-ville, nous étions parfois obligé de payer le prix fort dans l’hôtel (prévoir vraiment tout avant) Personnel très souriant et sympathique je recommande fortement

Super hôtel. Grande piscine de la place pour tout le monde pour les transats c’est très agréable. Coté mer c’est génial de manger avec la vue sur mer. La chambre était vieillotte mais propre dans l’ensemble. Le personnel très serviable et gentil. Le buffet était varié chaque jour mais le plus pour nous a été le barbecue à chaque repas. Poisson frais grillés viandes grillées. À 40 min du centre de hurghada

Great location, facilities for kids, good food, and very hospitable service. As other reviews suggest, the rooms were a bit dated but Aly at reception was very accommodating and offered us a good room with view, and late checkout. We loved out 2 day stay at Alma Heights

Very good experience. Reasonable price. Two adjacent resorts to meet the needs for both children and adults. There is shuttle to the beach. The snorkeling at the beach is great. We enjoyed our stay.

Städning och övriga personal var bäst. Maten var okej. Men det var jobbigt för oss att vi gick bara en nyckel till rummet. Min dotter med familj var 4 pers fick bara en nyckel.

Die Außenanlage mit Pool und Rutschen ist in einem guten Zustand und hat den Kindern gut gefallen. Das Hotelzimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausbesserungsarbeiten, die vor allem an Wand und Boden erfolgt sind hätte jeder ungelernte genau so hinbekommen. Sieht einfach schlampig aus. Die Musik am Poolbereich ist immer voll aufgedreht und wir haben uns deshalb immer einen Platz gesucht, der möglichst weit von der Box entfernt ist. Das Essen kann für ägyptische Verhältnisse als über dem Durchschnitt bezeichnet werden, hat aber noch Luft nach oben. Am Strand ist der Wasserstand so tief, dass Schwimmen nur vom Schnorchelsteg möglich ist. Dort kann aber auch gut geschnorchelt werden. Das Personal im Restaurant ist in Summe zwar bemüht kann aber auch nur als ägyptischer Durchschnitt bezeichnet werden. Die Vorgesetzten sind lieber selbst in Gespräche mit ihren Kollegen vertieft, als hier Standards zu setzen und für einen vorbildlichen Ablauf zu sorgen. Die Pizza im Restaurant am Pool ist als besonders schlecht hervorzuheben und es ist mir unerklärlich wie man als Hotel so etwas dulden kann. Hier sollten die zuständigen Manager mal selbst testen, was serviert wird.

Really great hotel, always got beds, good good, only negative was the drinks. Warm beer and awful cocktails. I didn’t drink all week due to them being so bad. Staff lovely and attentive
