Cleanliness, Food quality and the Staff

An interesting destination especially for kids with lots of activities to do (e.g. Aqua Parks, Amusement Parks, Wave Pool, Video Games, etc.) My only concern is that the amusement parks and video games are against extra charge.

it was a little dirty ar times and there could jave neen more food a drink options.

The hotel is good for families with kids. It’s got a water park and amusement park ( a small one ) rooms are clean and comfy. The buffet food was average and crowded it was hard to find a table . The hotel grounds is very nice I don’t recommend it for couples if you want quiet

Great location, facilities for kids, good food, and very hospitable service. As other reviews suggest, the rooms were a bit dated but Aly at reception was very accommodating and offered us a good room with view, and late checkout. We loved out 2 day stay at Alma Heights

Very good experience. Reasonable price. Two adjacent resorts to meet the needs for both children and adults. There is shuttle to the beach. The snorkeling at the beach is great. We enjoyed our stay.

Aqua park was spectacular!!! and the staff was great.

Really great hotel, always got beds, good good, only negative was the drinks. Warm beer and awful cocktails. I didn’t drink all week due to them being so bad. Staff lovely and attentive

Super friendly stuff, most of the food is great, accommodation and facilities are awsome Highly recommended for family with kids that they want to enjoy time on swimming pools and aqua parks, beach is accessible with a shuttle evry 15 minutes and the breach is good for relaxing and diving

Staff here are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little tired and basic but had everything we needed. The water slide park was fantastic and we used it everyday. The fun fair rides and arcade are also great, an extra cost but reasonable. There was a great variety of food in the various restaurants although the rules around the a la carte bookings were not clear with different people saying different things. The animation team and activities were great fun and provided variety for us all. Amazing being able to dive from the other hotel and see such great coral and fish. Weather was gorgeous, especially coming from winter in the UK!

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay here. We had the most lovely welcome with drinks on arrival, we was able to get food and drinks upon on arrival whilst we were being checked in. Our bags were all brought to our rooms really promptly with care. The facilities are great, and all the pool areas and gardens were let clean and safe. We loved the aqua park, wave pool and crazy river they were great fun and the fair is a fantastic bonus. The food was amazing, we were a family of 11 taking up 5 rooms and everyone throughly enjoyed the food and drinks. The staff were absolutely fantastic and could not do enough for us. Dasha always checked in with us regularly assuring we was having the best holiday and offered great advice about the best services available around the hotel, she was really friendly and super helpful and we enjoyed seeing her around the hotel she is definitely a credit to serenity. The service is up there with the best I have received and I have been to a lot of hotels in Egypt. There are to many staff to name for their great service as every member of staff was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room needed updating but it was kept spotless, the room was really spacious and the beds really comfortable and the bathroom was big with a lovely big shower cubical which is great when you have young children. We had fresh towels and toiletries daily and the cleaner even made a few towel displays for us. I would definitely recommend serenity fun city.

Poor food quality, dirty swimming pool

Food quality was very poor. Dirty swimming pool due to vomiting kids .

It was a super pleasant experience with friendly staff especially Mahmoud Fawzy the receptionist, house keeping and the restaurant staff A strongly recommended venue for families

Amazing resort. Water park for kids and one for all ages. Theme park with many rides. River rafting. Many pools and evening shows. Huge selection of food. Rooms are spacious. Best option for families.
