Bad view , we have requested higher floor but they provided the 2nd floor with bad view of air conditioning facility

Air conditioner too noisy can’t sleep well

It was clean enough but i saw some black stuff on the shower tiles. Looked like mold. Regardless, everything should be immaculate.

Parking was close. Centrally located in Victoria. Night club music was a bit annoying. But not that bad.

Staff very friendly, check in was very welcoming, gave us coupons to eat in the restaurant next day. Location was near harbor within walking distance

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel is well located for both business and leisure, and the staff were incredible: friendly, helpful, and welcoming. That said, the hotel has limited amenities. Coffee is available, but there is no breakfast service. Toiletry products are not provided directly in the room and need to be requested. The sound insulation is also quite limited, so I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

I would like to commend all the staffs specially Dharna and Pari. As observed they are all friendly and accommodating.

Close, walk to downtown. Lots of places to visit nearby. Parking across the street outside. This is a decent hotel, but it’s also a loud hotel due to two pubs downstairs as well as a venue for concerts and comedy clubs. Would stay at again, but not on a work trip as it’s very loud at 2 AM.

Unbeknownst to us.. There is live music in there restaurant every Sunday knight. It was imposable to sleep!!! Booming music with screaming and yelling!!! It was horrible. It kept us awake until 1:AM This was not a one night thing. This is every Sunday night. Very disappointed. We shared our experience with another passenger on the ferry ride home and said the same thing happened to them some time back. Don't go there!!!

Location is so convenient. Everything is within walking distance and the hotel itself is very nice, along with the staff. The rooms were clean as well
