Staff was friendly

nice hotel and good location。

Bad view , we have requested higher floor but they provided the 2nd floor with bad view of air conditioning facility

Air conditioner too noisy can’t sleep well

It was ok, the rooms arent very sound proof, the parking was just ok.. outside and 15 dollars. The staff were wonderful, the nieghboorhood was not so great.

The room was excellent, very clean!! And, the staff were excellent!!

Location is perfect. Many things in walking distance. Room was newly remodeled and very clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel was so gracious to hold our bags before check in and after check out. Great hotel, will stay again.

Stayed in the City Suite. The room itself was really nice. Spacious, modern and updated. Had everything we needed. Although pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room was just uncomfortable. I don’t recommend using it unless you really have to. Also the noise was quite bad. My room was facing the street and I could hear traffic and ambulance late into the night even with my ear plugs. Also there’s a pub downstairs and I could hear people talking, yelling - but the worst was the music. The rumbling bass sound kept going past midnight. Might be better to get a room on higher levels so you are further away from noise source. Overall very nice hotel, just beware of the noise.

Great Location. Fun area for food.

A wonderful place to stay with a comfy bed, large bathroom with shower and separate sitting area. They gave us a free upgrade to a King suite so appreciated the extra space. Great to have had coffee and tea supplied in our room with a microwave, kettle, fridge and microwave. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking is just around the corner for a nominal sur-charge. The only downside was our room on the 4th floor faced the main street and it was pretty noisy all night long. We will definitely stay here again

Comfortable clean rooms and Convient to everything downtown

Clean room, very sweet and kind staff (Malahat was so lovely), also the stickey wicket that is attatched to this hotel has very good food, would highly reccomend a visit there. Great location, even in November we walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. Highly reccomend this hotel, the price was great too 💜

Great location , really nice rooms for the money. And the parking should be included if you’re staying more than 3 days. Just as a bonus. Thats all. To pay $15 a day for parking is crazy.

Our suite was very large and the view of the street was great!

Expedia and Strathcona argue about who did what, but in the end, the room was cancelled without me knowing until I tried to check in. I had to find alternate accommodation on my own, last minute, so paid double the price. Expedia refuses to give a full refund, even though it wasn’t me who cancelled. I will not be using Expedia for any more travel.
