1. 我在浴室里发现了一只小蟑螂和蚂蚁。 2. 我住的房间有扇连通门，但隔壁房间的噪音几乎整晚都让我很烦，一直到凌晨2点半！ 3. 浴室里没有任何洗漱用品。 4. 家具很旧，衣柜也很旧等等。 5. 只有一个电源插座，连泡杯咖啡都很困难。

One staff at midnight was not friendly. From 12 AM to 12 PM, he was shouting at customers.

Very very very noisy at night. Loud noise from the club downstairs. Can not sleep at night.

Unfriendly service, when carrying out renovations the management did not think about consumer comfort, customers were left to breathe dust from the renovation work.

Resepsionisnya sangat tidak ramah… jutek memperlakukan aku seperti aku menginap gratis di situ… yang ramah cuma house keepingnya saja lainya seharusnya house kepping jadi resepsionis.

Stayed 2 person with on key elevator undercounstraction staff I can say not really friendly or welcoming hotel is to old and when you ask for some thing you will not get it even second day I book 5 night but 3 night I checked out couldn't stay more spcially front desk staff are really not good.

I am not getting the room I had booked. I got smoking room. That I mentioned clearly.

Excellent service but the guests are smoking everywhere even inside the building (lobby) so it might not suit with anyone who is allergic to smoke. My room is worth the price not too small the thing that makes it better is the view! Also in the room I can watched Netflix for free on TV!

In this year we was stayed here already 5 times but this time is nightmare because last 4 times we stayed on 5 floor it was nice and we liked it but this time we got room on 3 floor which very noisy from disco on under ground of this hotel we can’t sleep until 5 am as disco closed. If it possible can you asked the hotel to changed our room to 5 floor as we are going to stay here another 6 night or more as we changed our trip to stay longer in Thailand. Staff is not very friendly
