飯店位置佳，慢慢走約7分鐘內可到BTS hana站，晚上周邊很熱鬧，也有便利商店。 客房清潔度尚可，但地上有頭髮，而且沒有提供拖鞋與吹風機、彈簧床老舊凹陷、木質裝潢破損，總而言之年久失修。我是訂非吸菸房，但房間內有煙灰缸。相通客房之間的門只有小小的門篩，安全性不佳。 女生要住的話建議多加考慮，房客很多是回教徒，穿短褲經過大廳時總是被盯著看，很不自在。而且這裡晚上很多特種行業，黃種女性容易被誤認為妓女。

bedbugs and cockroaches thought out the hotel , it’s also a construction site at the moment . No facilities open , prositutes line the entrance driveway . Once was likely a nice hotel it’s infested guests have the run of it now

Hotel ok lot of construction going on for past few years on the property might take a few more years so lot of noise during our stay

Je suis très déçu, dans votre annonce concernant les commodité e l’hôtel, la piscine avait l’air très invitante, c’est une des raisons primaires que j’ai choisi cette hôtel. Elle n’étais pas accessible, car elle est en réparation. Mais pour le reste c’est très bien.. Luc.

이번 여행인원은 총 7명이었고, 그 중 다섯명이 그레이스 호텔을 이용하고 두명은 다른 호텔을 예약했습니다. 그레이스 호텔은 리뉴얼 공사중이라 이용이 너무 불편했습니다. 공사로 인해 주차장이 닫혀있어 호텔에는 주차를 할 수 없습니다. 호텔 외부에 있는 주차장을 이용하려면 호텔 밖으로 나가서 한바퀴 돌아야 하며 차가 막힐때는 10분이 넘게 걸렸습니다. 커피숍도 일부 공사가 진행되고 있었고, 입점되어있던 한국식당도 문을 닫아 식사를 할 수가 없습니다. 식사를 하려면 밖으로 나가 다른 식당을 찾아야 합니다. 우리도 걸어서 15분 거리에 있는 주변 식당을 이용했습니다. 수영장도 공사 자재들과 철거한 물건들이 쌓여있어 이용하는데 많이 위험합니다. 이용한 다섯개의 객실 중 두개의 객실에서 바퀴벌레가 나왔습니다. 또한 킹베드 객실을 부킹했는데 여러객실이 트윈베드 룸으로 배정되었습니다. 직원에게 물어보니 공사가 언제 끝날지 모른다고 하니 공사가 끝나기 전에는 호텔스닷컴을 위해 예약을 막아놓는것이 좋을것 같습니다.

Requested non smoking room room smells like an ash tray. This is not a 3+ star hotel maybe 2 at most .check-in was cold staffs my wife asked to use the toilet while I checked in, came back because there was no tissues was told they don't put tissues because the public uses it. Drive way was full of working ladies. Someone from Expedia should have a look and adjust there rating

The sink was clogged, the toilet didn't flush. It took a while day for them to fix it. And it smelled like smoke and mildew the whole stay.

I don't recommend anyone to stay in this place. This hotel should not be advised. The room was filthy. it smelled like it had been closed up for yrs. Bugs everywhere. I would not have put my dog in this room. Expedia should be ashamed for promoting this hotel. the hotel staff were unhelpful told us we would receive a refund but did not? Don't book this hotel it's cheap because it's not fit for dogs

We book 3 Non-smoking rooms. But got 3-Smoking rooms.

Pounding loud music all night long. Prostitutes lining the driveway, Room & staff were good.

Rooms reserved for Expedia is poor not maintained I suggest Expedia representative in Bangkok visit floor #15 to see the rooms. Also it is Expedia image and reputation will decline. I have been with Expedia since 2008 and it was great stay or flight; however this 1st time to see such poor stay. If you really consider Expedia image you should check and correct.
