Warning, they hold a 1000 baht to until check out then they take their sweet time and try to procrastinate and then they have to call room service to check the room before they give you your money back takes about 45 minutes…. This place clearly tries to keep the money.!!! Make sure you check check out an hour before your taxi to the airport

It is the worst hotel I have ever visited. My baggage had been delayed. So I asked the counter what to do. Hotel counter staff tell me that I have to handle it by myself. I can not use my cellphone. so I borrowed a clean employee's cell phone . She charged me for the cost of the used cellphone. dirty and unkindless hotel.

very old run down bad odor. lots of Indians and arabs odor. throughout the hotel. terrible hotel. never will go back. bad English staff. loud music through out the night. 1000 baht deposit and 300 baht deposit for 2nd key. should of stayed somewhere else. over priced hotel.

Rooms reserved for Expedia is poor not maintained I suggest Expedia representative in Bangkok visit floor #15 to see the rooms. Also it is Expedia image and reputation will decline. I have been with Expedia since 2008 and it was great stay or flight; however this 1st time to see such poor stay. If you really consider Expedia image you should check and correct.

What ever you do. Do not clean your clothes by using the service from the hotel. 1 small bag of clothes cost 1500 thb. wanted to go to the bar and the reseption told me it was an arabik bar. most of the guest in this hotel are arab. whole place around is a construktion place. most shops and resturant is hallal and for arab. Had to leave soy 3 to eat and enjoy a drink.

The furniture in the room was either worn out or not clean, and even after changing rooms, the chairs still did not feel fresh. The environment is not ideal for non-smokers. On top of that, it was very noisy every night until around 4 AM because of the disco, which made it hard to rest. The bathroom design was also strange and uncomfortable – the shower and toilet were visible through a large glass wall from the room, which can feel very awkward if you are staying with a partner or guest. Overall, not the best choice if you are looking for comfort and quiet.
