Air conditioning system is loud and not cooling enough. No slippers. Some lights are busted and not working properly. Very slow internet connection. Shower is somewhat defective. Room looks like not kept well. Dirty water heater.

Location is great, nearby restaurants and bars. Staff - some friendly and very helpful. The lift (others call it elevator) doors closes very quick, so be quick to get in or out.

The check in processed was easy because they are prepared for the documents needed they know the reservations right away, it was printed and I am glad they are welcoming you and expected you to come. They also allow me to check in early. In breakfast at their cafe took me some time because of the long queuing there were many guests and no one was assisted on the line some will just go inside and find their own table but I would like to commend their staff for accommodating and gave us chair.

It's highly recommended. It's accessible in all foods and malls. And walking distance in all

This is what you get from a cheap hotels anyways, just a comment for the valet parking attendant, do your job!, for my 3rd time asking for you to park my car, he refuse and told me to park it on my own, I already give him 500 tip at first, maybe he is a stubborn or the tip is small (Valet with Tattoo)

CT Hotel is very old and needs a total renovation. Water works and electric appliances quite often would not work properly.

I waited too long for check in. i wasn't given the room i booked i guess because the voucher was unfound. was requested to submit through email. upon check out i was requested to resend and was informed okey already only to be informed by the bellboy that I had to go back to the counter for the voucher thing again... again and again.

I have been staying there since 2011, the staff are always 5 star, but it is getting a bit dated now. The bathrooms / showers are in need of an update, as is the power points. You have a system available in the Philippines now that take all of the plugs in the world.

The room is clean and well maintained. However, there is this "old place smell" when you enter the lobby.
