因為轉車入島而選擇留一晚 但空調實在太差很大聲 結果要關掉才能入睡。 床上用品不太理想 ，有點髒髒。但洗手間潔淨度是可以的。

ホテルのWi-Fiがすごく弱かった。

Nas fotos da Hoteis.com, o hotel parecia muito bonito, mas é um pouco datado. Sem uma grande reforma, não seria possível dizer que é um bom hotel. O quarto é grande, mas há um cheiro de mofo, o colchão é ruim (duro, desconfortável). Há frigobar e chaleira elétrica (só café, sem chá), mas não há cofre nem secador de cabelo ou toalha de rosto. Há uma TV tamanho mediano, mas sem canais internacionais relevantes. Não há tomadas para celular próximo à cama. O wi-fi é fraco e sinal ruim, mas o pior é o sistema que te obriga a fazer o login o tempo todo. Os quartos que dão para a frente são barulhentos, pois há uma discoteca que toca música bem alta a noite toda. Havia objetos no corredor, o que é um perigo caso haja um problema grave. No banheiro, a água da descarga demora para descer. Não há água quente suficiente. Dois pontos bem negativos: a) café da manhã: por ser terceirizado, precisa passar na recepção para pegar um vale. Os produtos são ruins e o dono/empregados não fazem questão de atender bem. Por exemplo, não havia chá e vi uma barata nos pães. Perdi a vontade de comer. b) Depósito de 50 dólares quando você faz o check-in. A parte boa é que o pessoal do hotel é muito simpático, mas acho que isso é insuficiente para um hotel que se julga grandioso no passado.

Bed was hard.

This is a VERY mediocre hotel. Very bad for the price. The mattress was so bad, with springs poking me all night, I almost slept on the floor. The A/C is other off or on full blast, with l levers broken and always facing down at the bed. I spent the night freezing. The shower had hot water, for 2 minutes....

Low maintainance i left 4 hrs after I checked in No windows i cannot breath the AC looked like it was coming from a scrap shop.. although they granted a request to change the room but i dont feel comfortable and I left. i wished i was able to read all the reviews.

As part of my layover in Manila, I chose this hotel, mainly based on price and location. I must say that City State Tower Hotel met the grade on both of these. Although it is somewhat dated, the hotel has very adequate facilities with a very helpful and friendly staff. There are many stores, restaurants and other places of interest very close by, including Robinson, which has a huge supermarket and department store. The room had a comfortable bed, a very good air conditioner and good sink and shower with warm water. There is even a water kettle for coffee or tea. So overall, very satisfied and I definitely would stay there again in the future.

The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

The hotel overal was good the size of the room was big but it did have cockroaches. That being said thats kinda just how most places are in manila. The location is really what i enjoyed the most. Being able to walk to mostly every location with convenience was the best part

Great experience

Good place, but the bathroom had a problem with leaking water

The included breakfast is very good. Concierge service to Puerto Galera is good, but very expensive. However; the bed was very hard and springs were hitting me all night, the shower didn't work (no hot water anyway), strict rule of two small bottles of water, very inconvenient placement of outlets and a 1,000 peso deposit even though there is no minibar (what did they think we would steal, the bed?) and the overall feel was very run down.
