有冷氣，位置非常好，距離超市，巴士站，大教堂，都非常近！可惜，櫃台服務人員，態度很冷淡！我們本來只預定了最基本的房間 8 晚，但他們卻給我們一大間 apartment，共有超過10張 6尺雙人床那麼大！我們很害怕被加價，不過幸好沒有！可是進飯店，搭電梯出來，要走很遠很遠，還要上 26個階梯，沒電梯！中間要開關 7 扇門，門很厚重！而我們的行李共有 80 公斤，所以很艱苦！設備很不錯，有免費的膠囊咖啡，唐寧茶可喝，有小冰箱，有小小一瓶真正的鮮奶！網路上，這家飯店的apartment，都是附有小廚房，有廚具，可是我們住到的apartment，沒有廚房廚具，而是附有一間客廳，有一台很大的新的LG 電視，可是不能看！還好臥房有一台比較小的舊電視可以看。Wifi 常斷線，最恐怖的是：晚上10點半之後，絕對沒熱水可以洗澡！不幸的是，今年的夏天，英國多雨又冷，晚上常15度C以下！賽倫塞斯特大概被觀光客騷擾得很煩，對觀光客比較不歡迎，不友善！賽倫塞斯特是「科茲窩丘陵」的中心，方便搭巴士去周圍很多美麗的小鎮，村落！

An exceptionally lovely hotel in the heart of the equally lovely Cirencester. Excellent hotel, breakfast and staff! Highly recommend

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and bigger than we expected. The hotel restaurant and lobby is really nice. Gym and spa are under construction and will only improve the hotel once opened! No parking on site but lots of safe, public car parks nearby with free overnight parking.

Limpieza bien, pero pagamos 3 habitaciones al mismo precio y nos dieron diferentes. 2 iguales con una vista buena, como se había pedido y la tercera más pequeña sin vista. Pedimos cambio y se molestaron las 2 señoras de recepción, no fueron tan amables, les rescató la puntuación el Sr. Mayor del restaurante, súper amable en el desayuno, nos trataba increíble, el desayuno rico y la cena deliciosa. Y los de recepción no nos explicaron bien los horarios de la comida y cena, pensábamos q a partir de cierta hora ya no servían comida y solo era q cerraban cocina después de comer y la abrían para la cena. No nos terminó de encantar el servicio, pero esta bien ubicado

Centrally located hotel in town - near bus stop, and many shops. Bar/restaurant area is spacious and cosy. Rooms have adequate airconditioning/heating, coffee pod machine, and real mini milk bottles which is a lovely touch. Bathroom is renovated/clean, with quality amenities. Bed is comfortable- and staff friendly. Would highly recommend staying here!

Rooms have clearly been refurbished along with the rest of the property. They’re finished to a good standard. The doors/rooms could have slightly better noise insulation, as can hear the corridor quite clearly. They’ve supposedly refurbished the spa and gym, even if it’s not clear on their website that it’s there. We didn’t end up using because of that. Overall, nice place, would stay again.

Clean. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Room was large. Bed was comfy, pillows were not. Aircon did not seem to work but we were able to leave door to outside partly open. Overall good place to stay and the CEO answered my issue with a service charge very promptly which was appreciated. Would recommend a stay here.

Beautifully redecorated and lots of attention to lovely details- highly recommended

The King's Head is a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds. On top of that the music slot on the Friday night we stayed was terrific, with local trio Parlor playing great versions of pop and soul classics.

Room was clean. Great location but the floors are so old and creaky, not great for a light sleeper like myself

Stayed many times, beautiful hotel. Food amazing, comfortable bed, large rooms and bathroom. Very peaceful sleep. Cirencester is a fabulous town to visit. One of my favourites.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and the cookies weee delicious. Sunday lunch was very good and Margarita provided excellent service. Breakfast was very good and the coffee excellent. Again staff at breakfast were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again.

A nicely renovated older building in a central location with excellent access to town centre. We had a larger room which was nicely decorated. Loved the milk for my tea/coffee in the room, and the welcome cookies. Bed comfy and good towels. Would’ve appreciated a magnifying mirror for makeup, and an in room fridge. The restaurant/ bar was good, but seemed to have very restrictive hours, and service was not as attentive as it could’ve been. No room service or phone in room either. A small hiccup with aircon was promptly dealt with. Breakfast was good.

All the staff were friendly, and the customer service was excellent. We stayed here for our daughter's wedding we all had a fantastic time. The wedding coordinator, Daisy, was excellent. The day ran smoothly and without issues, just what you need. It was the hottest day in May on record, and still, the staff worked tirelessly to make the day special. The food was delicious. Thank you to all the staff, brilliant.
