A qualidade do serviço caiu bastante desde a minha última estadia no final do ano passado. 20 minutos de espera para fazer check-in e check-out, com apenas um atendente disponível. A limpeza também deixou a desejar: corredor com cheiro de mofo e com sujeira nos cantos; no quarto havia poeira acumulada nos cantos atrás dos móveis e a pia do banheiro tinha uma parte com algo melado, como um creme que vazou e não foi limpo.

O hotel é excelente, tem uma ótima atmosfera, um café da manhã realmente excelente, cortesias de boas-vindas, apartamentos amplos, renovados... Mas, talvez devido a tudo isso, sempre esteja muito lotado. Penso que seus administradores estejam atentos a isso para não deixarem a qualidade cair.

It was a really good experience at the radisson hotel, clean room, great staff, extremely friendly.

This was such a bad hotel experience! The rooms were not cute and put together at all. The rooms were super worn down do not trust the pictures at all. What I can say is that the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful they made the experience a good one. Please update the rooms, the money I spent was not worth what I received.

Very little information from the check in staff,( didn’t tell us when or where breakfast was served, didn’t tell us about the shuttle service to the beach, or about the chairs and parasols available on the beach).Also for an international hotel group language barrier was an issue! Breakfast was virtually the same every morning, restaurant staff wiped the tables clean but wiped food off tables on the chairs and floor. In our room there was mould in the shower room, the door was dirty around the handle and along the edge of the door, the air conditioning vent had lots of dust and fluff in them, the sink had mould around the top of it and there was no plug in it to hold water, light switch was dangerously loose and my wife wiped the walls down as these didn’t seem to have been done! There was an inspection hatch that was dirty with grime.The air conditioning never went lower than 22 degees even though we set to 18, the master switch for the lights didn’t work by the bed, we had to go to the door to switch off the main lighting off. Keycard for the rooms needed resetting 7 times during our 13 night stay, this meant you couldn’t get up to your room via lift without an active keycard, and on 2 occasion we got up to our room on the 10 floor and then couldn’t access our room so we had to return to reception! Rooftop pool was green with algae and the shower area there was very dirty, poolside lifeguard was asleep in the disabled lift(no help to any child if they were in trouble).

Die Qualität des Bettes war unzureichend: Matratze, Bettwäsche und Kissen wirkten billig und wenig komfortabel. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr laut – ich musste ihn nachts ausschalten, um überhaupt schlafen zu können. Da er offenbar seit längerer Zeit nicht abgetaut worden war, war am Morgen der Boden vor dem Kühlschrank voller Wasser. Die Wände sind extrem dünn; man hört jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Das Handy der Gäste nebenan vibrierte die ganze Nacht, sodass ich mehrfach aufgewacht bin. Das Badezimmer erinnerte eher an ein Krankenhausbad als an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Die Lobby war sehr laut, mit dauerhaft lauter Musik. Zudem zog Zigarettenrauch von draußen ins Gebäude, ohne dass sich jemand darum kümmerte.

El bus salía solo si había gente, por lo que muchas veces para volver teníamos que esperar 30/40 minutos. La mayoría de empleados son muy amables pero algunas de recepción cuando están con el teléfono no te responden hasta que terminan de jugar. El desayuno muy bueno
