The staff was excellent but the construction across the street made sleeping not great. Breakfast was pretty good. I enjoyed the dinner buffet as well the staff were all very friendly. It was alright.

O quarto atendeu bem as minhas expectativas. Estava limpo e bem organizado. O café da manhã foi um destaque também com opções variadas para todos os gostos. Estou satisfeito com a minha estadia.

Opessoal da recepcao, os atendentes, o restaurante foram otmo. Para o nivel do hotel as instalacoes deixaram a desejar: - A cama do quarto 316 estava sem um pe, e minha filha caiu. - A cortina do quarto 216 estava fora do trilho e o tampo da privada estava totalmente solto. Salvo melhor juizo, é necessaria uma vistoria no quarto e a equipe de manutencao estar mais atenta.

O atendimento no checkin e a limpeza do box do banheiro

El hotel es bueno pero tiene mucho por mejorar, variedad en el desayuno, la piscina y bar hasta las 7pm es muy temprano para las vacaciones y el restaurante demorado y el chef no hace lo que se le pide si no lo que él quiere

This has been one of the worst Hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at this hotel in the middle of a heat wave. They assigned me to a room without air-conditioning. When I complained about it, they said they would replace my room only to let me wait for an hour before I really lost my patience, went down and checked out. As I was checking out and describing my negative experience, the staff of the hotel were smirking and giggling. I had to scramble in the middle of the night in Rio de Janeiro to find another hotel to stay to make matters worse, my booking was done through Expedia and the hotel is making hard for me to get a refund for the 10 days I was supposed to spend there when I checked out on the very first day. There was a construction in front of the hotel parking was terrible. The parking attendance themselves don’t have any air-conditioning those guys are there with a broken fan. The whole thing is terrible. The crowd in the hotel looked really iffy. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. If you’re going to Rio de Janeiro, take it from a local and native, do not stay in this place.
