位於輕井澤一級戰區，離舊銀座散策跟車站都不算太遠，不過剛好一南一北全部走一圈還是要花點時間。飯店附有停車場，不過位置不算多，我們停好車之後位置只剩一個，開車的人可能要稍微注意。飯店 雖然稍微有點歷史，但房間是這趟旅程中最大最奢華的，櫃台人員的英文不算太好，不過仍然盡力讓我們理解飯店的設施跟規定，房間有APPLE TV，可以直接連線；早餐是自助式，其中提供了四種不同的蜂蜜讓人印象深刻。

絕對值得再去一次

Everything was good, minor complaints was the plugs not code to bed.

Clean and tidy as well as spacious room in this hotel. I particularly enjoyed the little number of customers here so we fully enjoy the serenity over our stay. One of the staff that I would like to complement was the English speaking waiter (I believe he should be a foreigner, not a Japanese) who provided exceptional service to us during our dining time. He proactively looked for a table for 4 for us during breakfast time when we could just find 2 tables splitting our family for seating. Also he explained everything during dinner time so well and was always proactively providing help. A big applause for his great service.

I only have positive things to say about my stay with this hotel :-)

Room spacious and clean, especially love the large bathroom! Good location, walking distance to Karuizawa Station and Ginza shopping street. Breakfast not much food choices like other big hotels but good enough.

歐陸式lobby , 舊式酒店裝修, 但保養得好及清潔。大浴場唔錯，雖然不是真正溫泉水， 但在落雪時候，泡在室外的熱水池是真心正。強烈推薦訂酒店晚餐。perfect。 有蓋停車場。當落雪時候，車不會被雪掩蓋，絕對一個加分位

房間大，浴室乾濕分離，還有陽台，整體的感覺很棒。雖然距離輕井澤車站步行需要10幾分鐘，但滿值得的。

整體環境非常乾淨，我很喜歡房間內的裝潢設計，高貴又舒適，待在這裡心情很放鬆! 大浴場內卸妝水化妝水等等都有貼心準備，真想在這裡住上一個禮拜

房間及洗手間大，早餐一般，温泉只有室外內各一。環境不錯泊車方便，到附近商店步行約10分鐘，到outlet都算方便

Excellent services Good environment

Overall conditions, facilities and environment are very good. Staff always wear smile, sincere and helpful. As the check in day was a very cold day, the sweet smile lady staff served us with hot tea and introduced the hotel facilities with details. Also help me to take note for ordering taxi in the early morning of my check out date. Hotel room was clean, tidy and relatively large. Outdoor and indoor Hot spring and Bicycles are available with reasonable fee and rental price. Certainly would choose this hotel during my next visit.

從前台人員(英文溝通沒有問題）到協助宅配服務丶隨行入房行李搬運丶飯店大湯池使用解説⋯都非常淸楚與親切。房數不會太多丶安靜，而且浴室寬徜丶房間新穎…非常乾淨。下次會再選擇這裡！

前往東京時想要預先將outlet的戰利品寄到機場，可是當下飯店的人只有寄到其他飯店的經驗，後來整個櫃檯的團隊開始聯繫大和貨運與郵局，看看那種方式才能送到機場，後來經過聯繫確定大和貨運可寄送機場，真的很感謝飯店團隊的服務． 整家飯店的舒適度真的非常好，我們夫妻在輕井澤度過美好的假期．
