开房的时候前台就一个人，效率低到令人发指！我们全家精疲力尽就想尽快到房间休息一下，但是开房居然开了整整一个小时！一直让我稍等稍等！太垃圾了！

Don't book a room here if you want to sleep. People coming and going at all hours of the night. Doors banging and people talking in the hallways. They do weekly and monthly rentals. Perhaps some people work odd hours.

The blanket had a huge yellow stain we contacted the reception three times. They said they would change it, but never did till the day we left.

les équipement qui devaient être fourni avec la cuisinette était absent la propreté laissait à désirer et l on devait avoir un bain douche mais non l on avait seulement une petite douche qui avait des fuites.Si on avait pus annulé on l aurait fait.

The bed we booked was supposed to be queen size but the one in both rooms were double and we didn’t get room service like for the bed and the towels.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We got there around 10pm and our room with a kitchenette wasn’t cleaned, so they switched us to a basic room for one out of three nights and didn’t offer a partial refund. The basic room smelled like crap and fart as I opened the door. The floors were sticky. The bathroom was pathetically tiny; the standing shower is barely enough for my size (I’m 5’ and 160 lbs). The water hit the wall and you can’t adjust it, so it’s hard to take a proper shower. The shower was also dirty and had some black spots. The kitchenette room wasn’t any better - no drawers, small room, same tiny standing shower. The photos they use are inaccurate, it is NOT that clean and big. There’s no bathtub. Also, we booked on Expedia and it was $142/night. We later checked again when we got there and it was suddenly $86/night. Not even worth $86, and a total rip-off at $142. Do not recommend at all. The location is 10km from downtown Montreal which is its only plus.

Floors were dirty when i checked in. No air freshener or toiler brush in the room. Windows do not open to let the fresh air in. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every neightboor. But, on the positive side, there are quite a few options of transportation

Très bruyant, mauvaise insonorisation. Toute la nuit nous avons entendu des portes claquer et des gens parlé. Chambre humide avec mauvaise odeur . Oreillers beaucoup trop grosse , j'ai encore mal au coup . Aucun bouchon pour prendre un bain . État de la peinture pas super ! Mur abîmé dans la salle de bain . Beaucoup trop chère pour les lieux . Je n'y retournerai pas .

La salle de bain était salle, du dentifrice collé sur le mur, des taches sur le banc de toilette et sur les serviettes. Il restait de pinces à cheveux d'une autre personne. Le couloir était jonché de sacs d'ordures et serviettes sales, ça sentait la fumée, le cannabis et la moisissure...

All good other than the small cockroaches in the shower/toilet. Everything is sparkling clean. But i believe the bugs come out of the shower drainage. It’s gonna be a good idea to use a cover when customers aren't using the rooms. Again.. everyone is neat and super clean.

Check in non disponible à 16h. Dérangement entre 11h00 et 12h00 durant la semaine pour ménage alors que j’ai demander à 2 reprise de ne pas être déranger. Femme à la réception parlait au téléphone en même temps de répondre au client.

Room is clean, evening stuff was very nice, but not the morning stuff.
