Room was clean and quiet. There was a Joseph restaurant on the premises. Food was good for reasonable price. kids eat free with an adult during the weekend.

Chambre parfaite et propre, accueille souriante, seule tristesse pas d'eau chaude. De froid a tièdes au mieux pour la chaleur a la sortie des robinets. Pour le reste un grand merci !

Mice Alert!
We stayed at this hotel because my son who is a high-performance swimmer had a competition in Montreal. and discovered there were mice in the room. We heard them at night. We couldn't sleep at all and they got into our food and garbage. We didn't get a refund for that as well.
This situation is very serious because:
Health and safety risk — mice in a hotel room are a major hygiene and sanitary failure.
Emotional distress — both my son and I were extremely anxious and sleep-deprived.
Impact on performance — my son’s ability to perform well was compromised due to the lack of rest.

Bonjour, je voudrais un remboursement. Il y avait des bibittes, de la moisissure, des taches dans les draps, des fils d’araignées, odeur intense de cigarettes, des poils dans le bain et toilettes. J’ai fait des photographies. On a dormi que quelques heures habillé, j’étais extrêmement fatiguée pour mon shooting du matin. Dégoûtant
