I was thrilled with this hotel. It was inexpensive and located in a quiet area in Montreal with easy highway access. There was some decent dinning in the walking area, next door and down the street. It is a refurbished hotel. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The bedding was white duvets and they were very clean. It has a small bar and gambling machine as well as a pizza place. I was told new management took over three months ago and are working hard to impress. I was impressed that at 630 in the morning staff was outside cleaning the parking lot and in my 5 days I saw no garbage around the site. I had made a mistake on my reservation and the staff helped me out preventing my athlete from being disrupted . The check in people were fantastic helpful and friendly. I stay in many hotels throughout North America in this category...this one was very good.

Smelly smoke should be cleaned

Weed smell. Lot of noise.

Beware of this hotel. We were offered a non smoking room as if that mattered. The entire property, rooms included, reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. There were a lot of drunk older people who seemed to be on drugs all throughout the property in and outside of the hallways and doors, leaving needles, bottles, and cigarette buds all over outside. When the smell got too bad, you'd open a window up to hear people who seemed high on drugs just arguing and fighting with each other and no desk attendants or security ever stepped in. Even one time these people knocked on our door at an obscene hour of the night out of pure inebriation. There was also a layer of residue within the shower floor and walls that was genuinely terrifying and disgusting to try to step onto. Normal pots and pans did not work with the stovetop when we paid extra for a kitchen, it was specific branded ones only and we were not informed prior. The staff seemed to not care about being helpful at all. Overall this hotel seems to have paid to get into the front pages of Expedia. Nothing about what is offered, the pictures posted, or any positive reviews seem to be true. Please consider choosing a different hotel. It's also marketed as in Montreal or just a short drive away, however there will never not be traffic causing a 30-45 minute drive into downtown, old port, or any part of the city. In some cases a cheaper option is worth it, but this hotel it is truly not worth the few bucks you save AT ALL. Stay away!!

I really think it’s not a good experience…I asked them to clean the room for me…They didn’t…So 2026,they don’t have a smart tv in the room and the bathroom it’s really small…

the bed sheets didn’t fit properly on the bed so I had to fix them constantly as well as the tub in the room wasn’t working which was frustrating because that’s why I purchased the room. The vending machine also had no drinks in it my entire stay there which was strange. There was also 90 percent of the time a group of people mostly men standing outside the main door smoking which was uncomfortable and also strange. The food was good tho in the restaurant there

Chambre confortable, mais un peu cher.

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life. For two nights, we paid $550, which made the condition of the room even more disappointing. The pillows were old, worn out, and completely flattened, making it almost impossible to sleep comfortably. The room faced a very busy road, so traffic noise was constant throughout the night. On top of that, the refrigerator was so loud it sounded like an airplane engine turning on every few minutes. The room itself was in poor condition, with damaged and peeling furniture and fixtures. Some of the towels had holes in them, and the shower gel dispenser was completely empty upon arrival. The most concerning issue was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. When I reported it to the front desk, my concern was simply ignored. I also specifically requested that housekeeping not enter our room during our stay, yet they still came in while we were out. When I asked the front desk for replacement pillows, they handed us pillows with no pillowcases, delivered in a garbage bag. The only positive thing I can say is that the housekeeper appeared to be working hard to keep the room clean despite the poor condition of the property. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the overall experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

It was a best deal for a short stay in a great location. The bathroom needed some overall maintenance. The cleanliness was excellent.

It has a Kitchennette but with out any kitchen utensils, I asked in reception and they told that I have to pay for rent the utensils or bring them. If I am traveling, why I have to bring kitchen utensils? really bad thing. I chose this hotel because has kitchennette. Also in website it publish tha has storage luggage service and when I ask for it, the hotel say NO.
