Rooms were clean,

Une odeur désagréable dans la chambre, le mini frigo et la clim étaient très bruyants. Le lit grinçait et il y avait des cheveux entre le drap et le protège matelas. Accueil so-so La jeune demoiselle au déjeuner a été très accommodante. Hôtel ok pour une nuit mais je n’y reviendrai pas

It has a Kitchennette but with out any kitchen utensils, I asked in reception and they told that I have to pay for rent the utensils or bring them. If I am traveling, why I have to bring kitchen utensils? really bad thing. I chose this hotel because has kitchennette. Also in website it publish tha has storage luggage service and when I ask for it, the hotel say NO.

Good place, bar and restaurant at the same place. Close to everything you need.

Heavy smoke smell in our room we asked to move rooms. Took a few days but they did move us rooms. All of our clothes smelt terrible. Cleanliness is an issue at this hotel.

Our bed sheets weren't changed once we ran out of toilet paper three times and they only changed our towels once. The room was cleaned once in a week while we stayed. Stay somewhere else the room smelled so bad when we arrived and the smell came back after we went out for the day and returned

Because of all the bad reviews I read online, I was a little afraid of staying there. 1. The Hotel is nice size, located in a convenient location. There are Italian restaurants around the corner, and a nice cafe offering really great coffee and pastries. Just a few minutes of drive, there are Asian restaurants offering Vietnamese. Chinese and Thai food. You can get to downtown area via public transportation relatively easy and cheaply once you find out how it works. 2.The hotel service is minimum but they respond very well for your request. Daily cleaning and towel service is required to be requested in a day's advance, and they all met our expectation. 3. The room is clean and is not too small. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is small but not to be complained too much. I stayed much smaller ones. The overall cleanness can be improved but we are talking about budget hotel and it is not too bad. No major mishap. 4. Staff is very helpful and courteous and generally nice. All the encounter was good. 5. The reason I shaved off 1 star is because of late check in hour (4 pm). We got there at 2pm and need to be somewhere at 4. They even refused to take in our luggage. That was the major problem for us. Overall, I liked the hotel very much. Reasonable price, convenient location, clean, spacious and nice staff.

our non smoking room had thick smell of smoke, we asked to change, they said we should have asked earlier, that customers smoke in rooms they're not supposed to and that they cant control that, and they didn't have any rooms to accomodate us

Dirty! Very dirty! Do not recommend! Also when i complained about the noise (at 11pm, 11:30pm and midnight) nothing was done about it.

It was okay, but not a quite stay

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in decades of traveling across North America for work. As an auctioneer, I’ve stayed in everything from budget motels to high-end hotels, and this property was absolutely unacceptable. The smell of old cigarette smoke was overwhelming, and multiple mornings the hallways smelled like fresh smoke as well. The room had a strong mildew/moisture odor, and the condition of the property felt more like a health hazard than a hotel stay. The photos speak for themselves: mold/mildew buildup, rust, damaged trim, filthy bathroom areas, and even the room phone wasn’t connected to anything. It was literally decorative because there was no cord attached. I paid extra for a kitchenette, only to discover there were no utensils, pots, pans, or anything to cook with. When I asked the staff, I was told people “bring their own.” I flew in from Ottawa — was I supposed to pack cookware in my suitcase? Staff was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the stay, and they clearly did not want to move me to another room despite the smell and condition. The environment also felt unsafe. Loud music blasted in the parking lot until 3:35 AM, and people approached me asking for my key card to access the hallways. Expedia was equally disappointing. Despite the “.ca” branding, charges were processed in U.S. dollars, and customer service repeated scripted apologies while doing absolutely nothing meaningful to help. Avoid this property entirely. Seriously. Wow!

Rooms were not clean and less towels

The sound insulation is very poor. Some body made louder noise at midnight. Harder to get good sleep. The staff is nice. The parking is good. We won’t consider to come back again.
