Room was clean and quiet. There was a Joseph restaurant on the premises. Food was good for reasonable price. kids eat free with an adult during the weekend.

Rooms were clean, spacious and good. Convenient location near the highway and 15mins away from the Botanical Garden. Area is quiet and staff were helpful. There is breakfast available but since they have a kitchenette we cooked our own breakfast. Still $13 for a breakfast was not so bad. Would book here again when we comeback and visit Montreal. For the price, everything as great. Value for money.

The kitchen was well-equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, stove. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The motel’s location was also great—close to local shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. In addition, the dining area at the motel was a pleasant surprise. The food was affordable, delicious and well-prepared.

Mice Alert! We stayed at this hotel because my son who is a high-performance swimmer had a competition in Montreal. and discovered there were mice in the room. We heard them at night. We couldn't sleep at all and they got into our food and garbage. We didn't get a refund for that as well. This situation is very serious because: Health and safety risk — mice in a hotel room are a major hygiene and sanitary failure. Emotional distress — both my son and I were extremely anxious and sleep-deprived. Impact on performance — my son’s ability to perform well was compromised due to the lack of rest.

Bonjour, je voudrais un remboursement. Il y avait des bibittes, de la moisissure, des taches dans les draps, des fils d’araignées, odeur intense de cigarettes, des poils dans le bain et toilettes. J’ai fait des photographies. On a dormi que quelques heures habillé, j’étais extrêmement fatiguée pour mon shooting du matin. Dégoûtant

The room was in good condition clean. But the section they put us 302 is not good area. We had random people asking us to open the door with our room card. Did not feel safe after it happened a few times. We reported it but it did not stop the reception only told us don’t open the door for them. But the person is right there ready to go in as soon as you open the door. And not only that but after I left my son rented a room for 2 weeks and was given a room in that section even tho we asked a room in another section. Did not feel safe there with random people coming n going all the time and asking us to open the door for them.

Le recouvre matelas était altéré et en fin de vie. La télé n’etait pas fonctionnelle, Le fil du reveil était effiloché(dangereux). et il y avait une odeur de pot en entrant pres des portes d’entrées et de la poussière datant de plusieurs semaines sur le plancher pres de la table de nuit. De plus, une alarme d’incendie est survenue au milieu de la nuit. Ce qui nous a empeché de dormir en paix.
