Room was clean and quiet. There was a Joseph restaurant on the premises. Food was good for reasonable price. kids eat free with an adult during the weekend.

Rooms were clean, spacious and good. Convenient location near the highway and 15mins away from the Botanical Garden. Area is quiet and staff were helpful. There is breakfast available but since they have a kitchenette we cooked our own breakfast. Still $13 for a breakfast was not so bad. Would book here again when we comeback and visit Montreal. For the price, everything as great. Value for money.

- Kitchenette did not include essential kitchenware (other hotels do by default) - Renting utensils was too pricey ($25 deposit + $25) - Was charged for toilet paper seemingly at random once when it was always given for free - Kitchen sink was clogged - Sufficient measures were not taken to make the icy parking lot safe to walk on (resulted in personal injury) - No recycling bins

Mice Alert! We stayed at this hotel because my son who is a high-performance swimmer had a competition in Montreal. and discovered there were mice in the room. We heard them at night. We couldn't sleep at all and they got into our food and garbage. We didn't get a refund for that as well. This situation is very serious because: Health and safety risk — mice in a hotel room are a major hygiene and sanitary failure. Emotional distress — both my son and I were extremely anxious and sleep-deprived. Impact on performance — my son’s ability to perform well was compromised due to the lack of rest.
