My room was dirty, bed poorly made rubbish left in the room. Room service was cold

It’s was a little nosy during the night as the walls maybe a little thin and you can hear everything from the next room. Apart from that it’s a lovely hotel with an outstanding spa facilities.

Ants in the bedroom and on the bed

The bedroom was clean but on arrival my husband had arranged a surprise which they did not deliver and then blamed technology. I'm allergic to cats and they have a resident cat which we saw the notice on the last day, this should be on the website, I was lucky I did not have an allergic reaction. The bread was mouldy which staff did clearly not see my husband had to inform them, not good for saying they claim to be 4 star!! Was not impressed by the menu either. Overall stay was ok

The stay didn’t worth the money I paid. The hotel was outdated and facilities were dirty. Room was very outdated and not properly cleaned. The breakfast was under average! Staff were helpful

Nice quiet location. Breakfast was good. Dinner was very good. The Spa are is great.

An amazing Hotel, the room was spacious and clean. We loved the robes and flip-flops, the Spa was an added bonus. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety. I will definitely be looking to book again

Brilliant Spa facilities and friendly & helpful staff

Staff were helpful and friendly in the hotel, spa and restaurant. Only one criticism, the pool is too warm and the ice shower not cold enough. Lovely massage.

Need better WiFi access throughout. If you intend working from the room or other areas be prepared for intermittent signal.

Room cleanliness was very poor. Staff were generally approachable and helpful. Spa was ok but cleanliness was poor. Breakfast (included) was very limited.

Beautiful spa and great value for money. However walls are paper thin so you can literally hear everything. If you are noise sensitive, this it not the hotel for you! Breakfast - menu service which is nice. Very friendly staff.

Hotel was perfect, staff were all amazing. Spa was very relaxing. Had a fantastic 3 night stay for my wife’s 50th birthday.

Spa was great, we really enjoyed our day there, facilities were modern and we easily spent a few hours there. The breakfast is the morning was awesome and the staff were all great. The room was pretty tired, there was water on one of the bedroom walls, mouldy bathroom etc. Not unclean, just clearly a bit tired. What tainted our stay was how overpriced the bar / restaurant was, we had dinner on the friday night just a main and a single drink each and it came to £80 for the 2 of us. The food quality was basic pub standard so didn't justify the price tag, I bought a pint of Coke the next day and it cost £4.85. So I would definitely recommend avoiding their restaurant and heading to a local pub!

Had a fantastic and very relaxing treatment in the spa.

Everything about the hotel was better than expected and the dog treats and bowl was a lovely touch. The staff not only made us feel welcome but also our dog. Absolutely fantastic stay
